These people have tens of thousands of games played and can’t handle losing to anyone not playing the same algorithmic strategy. It is hilarious. It is annoying. It is also not real Hearts. Most of the online games are “Spot Hearts” which give points for each card’s value and don’t let you shoot the moon. But this is a rip off of you knew the game from the old days. Playing online rated games and the collection of avatars were all free back then. I did file a complaint about that when they revamped to this business model. I enjoy the Social rounds only now. The Spades game is OK. The Hearts game is very obviously AI controlled. The algorithm decides whether you win or lose and how often. It is very easy to tell when AI is in control. It’s like playing the game with someone who cheats, not much fun. ### 1/5 — Horrible game *2025-06-05* Not very many people on this game. You have to pay 4.99 just to chat and join good games. If you play the free lobby the people are limited and once other players see you don’t have a membership they gang up on you and make fun that you’re losing with 3 people against one guest player. You have to wait so long just to find people in the free lobby to play with. So when I creat a new account they automatically write in player profile comments 583 ANDROID, quest account created the same. So I thought ok maybe a different ip address. Yep no comment of 583 ANDROID. So I then signed in on my phone it now says ISO and was changed to 583 ANDROID. I have went thought about 20 users looking up their player profile and none of them have any of the comments listed above. Yes I’ve tried to remove the comment but can’t. So that tells me it’s programming. So why are you tracking my accounts? So great big bang theory. ### 1/5 — Guides have unlimited power and use it to cheat *2024-08-26* Some players have access to see multiple account and are friends with guides or they are the guides themselves .. save your money 20% are cheats and guides and will silence you for literally no reason I got booted from a player using a nickname that I know can see multiple accounts and cheats .. All I said in lobby was his name with a question mark and got silenced in the lobby by a guide who wasn’t even present in The lobby at the time .. It’s a racket and guides have no warning .. I did NOTHING BUT SAY CRAW!?!?! AND GOT SILENCED BUT SIME SHMUCK IS CURSING now in th lobby AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING.. Probably a guide!! RACKET!!!!! I have screen shots to prove my innocence btw Guides cheat with multiple account and have 0 discretion and won’t even get on a table to talk to me about it RACKET Got booted by a guides second account because I called them out for multiple accounting ### 1/5 — UPDATED Ladies beware! Great place to get sexually harassed *2024-02-17, version 2.0.577* 5/10/24 Their answer to me: "Thank you for your inquiry. We rely on users like you and our guides to report users that make the game a toxic environment. To report other users' bad behavior ... will put an official note in their profile and give us a direct link to their chat history. I am sorry that you experienced sexual harassment from another player. I wish there was more we can do to address toxic players like that on our site than the tools you mentioned and the Reporting method described above. Since taking this job I’ve begun to feel like internet trolls are like sharks teeth, one falls out and there is a row behind to replace it. As for our guides behavior, we will speak with them on their courterousness. I would only ask you to please understand that guides are volunteers and sometimes do make mistakes and are sometimes needing to deal with multiple situations at the same time, so your patience is appreciated. I will also pass on your thoughts about our support services contact being more visible to the dev team. ORIGINAL REVIEW 4/25/23 I am a paying customer and the one time someone goes so far that I seek help from a moderator, I am treated like the filthy-mouthed perpetrator and banned from hosting and chatting with anyone, including the mod. I email customer no support to complain, and no response. The really sad part is I just renewed for a full year and cannot get my money back. Gameplay is fun and there aren’t too many ads. The ads that are the at the end of each game (yes NOT after each hand!) are short. Sometimes I feel like I’m playing against 3 players who are in cahoots with each other… but I have the advantage that I can quit if I get too far down and start a new game. Having the Jack of diamonds (for minus 10) is a great option to keep the game more interesting. I’ve got all their games on all my devices. From hardwood hearts, solitaire, spades, euchre to my favorite online backgammon game ever! The graphics are second to none. Once I got lucky enough to serve as a beta tester as they ported games. Even that was fun. They are, and always have been, a completely trustworthy company. Sometimes I had a subscription and could enjoy the super great perks, other times I did not, either way it’s still a great site with amazing games. I dig the chill music choices and the background audio options. Prepare for a challenge and keep track of your score as you progress.
