Customer service doesn’t reply. Messaged customer service and they didn’t respond until i was charged $19.99. And even then was unhelpful. To unlock 3 chapters, I had to watch forty-seven ads, and the subscription according to their page automatically renews and provides a deeply outdated yet very brief guide for how to cancel it.
