הראל רפואה אישית on line הינו שירות הניתן במסגרת הרחבה לרוכשי כתב שירות הנלווה לביטוח הבריאות הפרטי של הראל. 
באמצעות האפליקציה ניתן להתייעץ עם רופא משפחה, רופא ילדים ורופאים מומחים בשיחת וידאו באמצעות הטלפון הסלולארי, המחשב או הטאבלט. 
במסגרת הייעוץ ניתן לקבל מרשמים לתרופות על בסיס צורך רפואי, המלצות לבדיקות המשך והפניה למרפאה לרפואה ראשונית של ביקורופא או לחדר מיון.
למידע נוסף על האפליקציה או על השירות, פנה לסוכן הביטוח שלך או למוקד הראל בטלפון 2735*.
השירות ניתן בכפוף לתנאי לרוכשי כתב השרות "רפואה אישית און ליין" (להוסיף הפנייה) ובכפוף לתנאיו, באמצעות ביקורופא און ליין.
