## What is Harigami?

Your board, in your pocket.

Water outages, construction, fire inspections, the annual meeting, a change to the garbage rules — notices on your apartment building's board or in your mailbox are easy to read and easy to forget. Harigami turns a quick photo into an organized, searchable notice with a reminder, and it works for a single resident: no sign-up by your building or management company needed.

CAPTURE
• Point the camera at the notice. Edges are detected and the image is straightened automatically
• Import photos or screenshots you already took

READ
• Text is recognized on device and searchable by title or full text. Recognition is tuned for Japanese notices (vertical writing included)
• Filter by category: construction, water outage, inspection, general meeting, trash, event, and more
• Dates found in the notice become a suggested due date — confirm with one tap, or edit

REMEMBER
• Reminders the evening before and the morning of (times are adjustable; up to 30 notices, nearest due date first)
• The notification shows the notice's title and when it's due, so you don't need to open the app
• The board is sorted by due date; past notices are stamped as expired

SHARE AND EXPORT
• Share any notice as a PDF through Messages, Mail, or any app
• Export everything as a zip (images + JSON). Your data is never held hostage

PRIVACY
• Entirely on device. No server, no account
• No ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
• Your data stays on this iPhone

Requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Text recognition and date detection are tuned for Japanese notices.
