When booking it showed which days you already have booked. When you look at your bookings it no longer shows the days of the week. Why make something that was intuitive and simple into cumbersome and backward developing and more complex Haringey? ### 1/5 — No longer works *2025-10-09, version 108.41* Since an app update can no longer login, choosing forgotten password does nothing, no reset email. Not just me as others who would book swimming at the same time can’t book either, have missed a few weeks now as unable to book any sessions. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-08-25, version 108.41* Is completely lacking in any form of functionality. ### 1/5 — Unbelievably bad *2025-07-07, version 108.41* Haringey Council is short of money, so to make savings they’ve bought an app that looks like it’s been designed by a 12-year-old and works as well as you’d expect. It says I need an account but when I try to register it only offers the monthly membership accounts, even though it says there offer pay as you go accounts. ### 1/5 — Poor upkeep at Park Road *2024-11-25, version 107.106* As members We have been promised that the issues suffered at the hands of Fusion would be resolved when Haringey took it over in October. However all you e done is put up new signage. The ladies showers have not run hot for the best part of this year. They’re freezing. The hot and cold showers in the health suite don’t work. The Steam room has been out of action for six months or more. The Lido is invariably too cold to swim in. When we ask for a completion date on the works- no one has an answer. It’s pretty pathetic. Yet still we pay our membership. ### 1/5 — Not as good as Fusion app *2024-11-25, version 107.106* Worse than the Fusion app. Council had months to get this ready, but it’s awful. On opening the app, the landing page says “open app”, I just did open the app, so why do I need to tap twice. The lido and indoor swims are no longer separated - used to be separate with fusion app - you have to scroll all the swim slots to find lido slots. Membership card is no longer hosted on the app, you used to be able to tap your membership card on the turnstiles, now it’s gone back to a physical card like it’s 2006 or something. Can’t believe I’m saying it, but bring back Fusion. ### 1/5 — Charges members *2024-11-21, version 107.106* Every time I try and book it adds a charge despite being a member. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2024-11-02, version 107.106* It was fine for a week but stopped working. I have reset password 3 times, I can access via web with new one but the app will not work. More hassle to use web Same happens with my partner. Not good start for booking at Park Road pool.
