This app does not connect to Apple Health, and overall the experience is very poor. It will not let me change my gender from male to female, and it forces you to sign up using a cell phone number. I strongly dislike that so many apps require phone numbers—especially since that makes your data vulnerable in the event of a breach, which happens far too often these days.

It’s especially frustrating that the app shows Apple and Google sign-in options but doesn’t actually let you sign up that way—you’re forced into using your phone number. Because of these issues, I’ll be deleting my account and uninstalling the app.
