Not only do you get curated bites from other podcasts with a narrator, it learns from you preferences and allows you to listen to whole podcasts. I think this is the future of podcast apps. ### 3/5 — Fantastic idea, mediocre execution *2025-11-24, version 1.8.3* What a great app with an amazing idea. But the app is just not enjoyable to use if you’re used to Overcast, Pocketcasts or Castro. It’s missing loads of features those apps provide and makes this app feel slow, clunky and unenjoyable when you’re navigating or listening. Please add shorten silences in the playback options. ### 1/5 — Slows down phone *2025-08-14, version 1.8.1* This app is EXTREMELY slow and unusable at times. Slow to update lists. Slow to search. And slows down the rest of my phone. I suspect they’re running any AI inferencing locally on your mobile. I have an iPhone 11, so this phone doesn’t have the GPU for that kinda thing. This - to me - is a fatal flaw in a podcast player. On a brighter note, it looks gorgeous and the snippets of podcasts is a good idea. ### 5/5 — A fun way to explore *2024-01-30, version 1.7.0* There are tons of podcasts and it’s next to impossible on other apps like Spotify to explore them.
