Use case: I favorite a movie that’s coming out in December (e.g. Dune 3). I would prefer to be notified via banner when new showtimes are added rather than finding out via unrelated media. They billed my credit card 4 times. Had to have American Express cancel the charges. The website is even slower with the same results. ### 1/5 — Fix the bugs!! *2026-06-14* I’ve been using the Harkins app for a while, and unfortunately the experience has become incredibly frustrating. The app is filled with bugs that make it difficult, and sometimes impossible, to navigate. Pages frequently freeze, buttons don’t respond, and the app often crashes or gets stuck while trying to browse showtimes or purchase tickets. Something as simple as checking movie times or selecting seats turns into a frustrating process because the app is so unreliable. For a major theater chain, I would expect a much smoother and more stable experience. Instead, it feels like the app hasn’t been properly tested before updates are released. I enjoy going to Harkins theaters, but the app needs serious improvements. Until these bugs are fixed, I’d rather use the website or another service to buy tickets. Each time I go through the steps, it fails.
