I ordered a meal on the app and it took the payment and confirmed by e mail the order for collection. Then I got to the Poole shop only to find the shop was closed that day . No dinner and money taken. How can an app take an order for a day the shop is closed??? 

Now I am trying to get an answer to my complaint and a refund. No customer service number.

The app is terrible and kept kicking me out the checkout.
When I finally got it to work the food was really terrible from the Verwood Branch.
Avoid the food and avoid using the app.

Very poor app , wouldn’t bother downloading , it will be much quicker to order over the phone 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦‍♂️

At every stage of checkout I had to close the app and restart the basket to me progress through the checkout. After several tries and restarts I did manage to place the order.

Never had any issues with this app on my iPhone 8. Very easy to use, and good always ready for collection at correct time. Brilliant
