I love Harlem Pilates!!! I have been going here constantly for over a year now and love it. I have found a new level of gratitude for movement and being in my body. The teachers and space officers acceptance in a judgment free space to enjoy moving your body. It’s not your average “Pilates girl vibe”, it’s so much more and feels like a place everyone can feel good about themselves no matter where they are at or what you look like. The space is clean and the equipment is great!! I would love if they replaced the mats on the reformers at the 117th street studio tho since they have all been stained from so much use but it’s still very clean and all the machines work amazing. I look forward to every class I take with any instructor! Xoxo
