Log a flare, meal, medication, symptom, or simply how your day felt. Over time, Harley gently helps you notice patterns without overwhelming you.

Your journal stays on your device. No account, no sign-in and your entries never leave your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Track flares — where they are, how severe, how they change day to day, and how long they take to settle.
• Daily check-ins — mood, pain, sleep, and whatever else stood out, only if you feel like it.
