I am having issues connecting my blade 5. It won’t connect totally, stops at 60% so I tried to reach out via the app, using the email option and I got a failed email notification… I want to love this app and my new lights but when they’re brand new and they don’t work like they should… not happy.

**Developer response:** Sorry I couldn’t meet your expectations. I used the app to try connecting to my Blade 5, but I wasn’t able to reproduce your issue. If the problem still exists on your end, I can share my work email with you and hopefully help you resolve it.
