So not user friendly!!! ### 1/5 — A sub standard product *2024-11-15, version 1.5.0* The app is not worth bothering with, I have tried two ipads and an iphone and still nothing. The heater sits there displaying “Waiting Config” and the app is frozen until I physically turn the heater off. I fully realise the Harmoni is a low end brand, but I thought it would work a little bit better than this. ### 1/5 — Absurdly complicated *2023-02-16, version 1.3.6* The programming of this wi fi heater is far too difficult to understand ! It doesn’t need to be complicated.the issue relates to the Advanced Settings screen where the description of actions needs to be made clearer. Also it’s not clear if a chosen action is on or off. ### 1/5 — Dreadful-Do not use *2023-01-17, version 1.3.3* The app is dreadful. Since the last update over a month ago, it hasn’t worked. I have spoken to the company 6 times and they have told me they are aware of the issue but the app developers are based in Spain. They said they are ‘working on it’ but they have given no timescales, or any clue what the issue is. ### 1/5 — AWFUL *2023-01-10, version 1.3.3* Since updating the app 1 week ago it now doesn’t work at all, and force closes after trying to open. It is not a device issue as I have spoke to apple and they confirm it’s the app. Emailed twice and called and still no solution. When will the bug be resolved? Jan 10th - Still no update even after emailing - When will it be resolved? ### 1/5 — Unsupported and awful *2022-12-30, version 1.3.3* This app makes no sense and has no support. They have no basic security for accounts that control a device in your home as they send emails from a listed spam address with no identifying information if you need to reset your account password. The interface is essentially unusable, the pre-sets useless and any override will cost you ££££££ as they don’t limit properly. Only support is by posting negative reviews here which they then remove. They will tell you support for app is from shop underfloor heating was bought from! Worst app developers ever ### 1/5 — No longer connects radiators to my iPhone *2022-12-15, version 1.3.3* All my radiators have disconnected and I can no longer configure them to my iPhone. Apple Can’t help, Harmoni don’t have a technical advisor and the developer of this app is impossible to contact. Avoid ### 1/5 — Not recognising WiFi *2022-09-30, version 1.3.2* Can’t get started, app not recognising our WiFi even though I just used it to download! App not appearing in settings to check it has access . No means of communicating with team as this goes to GDPR T& C & I can’t move on from this screen. Hoping I get some communication through this! ### 1/5 — Pretty rubbish *2021-10-04, version 1.1* There are only 2 temperature settings for the Auto option - Eco and Comfort. Comfort cannot go below 19 degrees. So if 18 is warm enough for you (it is in our well insulated room) then you either have to set auto to the eco option to 18 and heat at 18 for 24 hours a day or use the manual option, and risk forgetting about it and heating the room at 18 for 24 hours a day. A conventional radiator with a WiFi thermostatic plug is much cheaper and more controllable than a Harmoni radiator. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever, utterly pointless! *2020-10-15, version 1.1* Disgrace to even call itself an app! ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — So far so good *2022-12-05, version 1.3.2* Installed a few days ago in garden room. Followed app instructions and connected to Wi-Fi no problem (you need to give it your home Wi-Fi password first then pair directly using Wi-Fi password displayed on the radiator. After that it is controlled via normal Wi-Fi connection). Not overly complicated, haven’t tried the daily program side of it yet. Energy use charts are useful. ### 5/5 — There’s no point being alive if you don’t use this app *2020-10-28, version 1.1* Anything else calling itself an app is a disgrace! ### 4/5 — Cost function? *2023-02-04, version 1.3.6* I really like being able to control my heating from my phone. The wifi function is very reliable and easy to use once set up. However, the cost function does not appear to be working, because - although I have entered and keep my tariff updated - the cost never shows anything other than £0.00. Is this something that can be looked at and fixed because it really would be useful to have an idea of the cost of the heating on a daily basis especially during the cost-of-living crisis. ### 4/5 — Useful app, even better if it would integrate with other devices *2021-03-03, version 1.1* Useful app, like how you have rooms and control the temperature. The setting of a custom programme is a bit fiddly but does what it says. Really would be good if it could integrate with IFTTT or Alexa or Smart Life app, means everything can be controlled centrally. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2023-11-09, version 1.4.0* Just a way to simply Manually set your timings would be SO much better than the daft presets. The main frustration is that it does not show your tariff / usage calculation, even though I’ve entered the Kw cost.
