No longer. ### 3/5 — Great! *2025-02-17, version 3.52.0* Love the list option. Never get rid of it. There is a weird glitch where I can’t delete two of the deli items from my list. Everything else is good, just those two. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2025-01-21* The app is a bit buggy with the new update. When I try to mark items as favorites by tapping the icon in the top right, nothing happens - my favorites are empty. I also tried to add vehicle details and it straight up zero-states when I add any details to that page. Overall, it does seem to allow me to order and I do have access to my foodie club info, so it’s not all bad ### 1/5 — Complete fail *2024-12-19, version 3.46.1* I have tried and to even access this new app. I cannot get past changing password. Takes forever to get a verification code and if by chance it doesn’t timeout no matter what password you use (password manger or your own) it will not let you change. Months and I have never been able to login. I’ve asked employees you have had the exact same experience. You had something that worked, well, and now there is a brick. ### 1/5 — Dislike new redesign *2024-12-18* I frequent Harmons and what I loved about their app is that in store I could quickly use my app to scan my membership while also clip coupons and see what freebies I have earned (one of the things I love about Harmons is the buy 10 coffees, breads —get one free. Spend so much get a free cheeseball etc). Now you have to sign to a separate webpage from the app to see this. Very clunky! ### 3/5 — Mixed *2024-12-17* Love the option to build my grocery list and have someone pick it for me. Hate the fact they went away from being able to pay with a gift card ### 1/5 — Not user friendly. Many features are inaccessible. *2024-12-06* I used to use the app a lot to track my freebies and coupons, as well as to access my prescription refills for the pharmacy. Now the app is essentially useless. The only thing I can easily access is the barcode for the the foodie card which often doesn’t scan at checkout because it is too small and you can’t zoom in. Also, if you want to access your account to view fuel discounts, coupons, or prescriptions the app just takes you to a pop up within the app to login again. But when you try to login, half of the time it just loads forever and doesn’t take you anywhere. I’ve tried restarting my phone or even uninstalling the app and redownloading it and nothing works to make it run smoother. ### 1/5 — New app *2024-12-01* It is so hard to use now and before it was quite user friendly. Here are a few of the things with my last order I had jump back and forth several times to find items I had a heck of a hard time with the time slots. They gave me 3 different times in 3 different places I ordered late in the morning and it was dark when it was ready I also requested pick up but they delivered it Some of these problems have happened with every order I’ve made since the change I’m getting really frustrated. App kept wanting me to change password. After changing two times I gave up. Also, what happened to fuel points? Was it left out? ### 1/5 — Why ruin a good thing *2024-11-11* The new app update is terrible. It makes everything difficult to find and makes you sign in again and again. I lost all my pharmacy info which was a pain to try and track down again. Please make it more simple so I can just see my fuel points and my Rx info without having to go off the app and sign in twice. ### 2/5 — Shopping List won’t Delete *2024-10-20* I haven’t use the Harmons app much so I don’t know the difference between the old and the new one. I do love that I can start a shopping list on the app. However, when I delete an item from my list, it won’t delete. I’ve tried so many ways. It will delete and the pop right back. To set up an account, you have to select a preferred store location, but the dropdown box wouldn’t let me search or scroll through the list, so I can’t create an account. No one I’ve talked to seems to know why or how to fix it. Maybe that should be noted in the UI. Previous review: Used to be able to find products by aisle. No longer. **Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the confusion. You can view aisle locations by switching from Pickup or Delivery to In-Store mode, once that's selected, aisle info will show up on products again. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-06-28* This app is easy to use, and let me look up the aisle something is in, while I was shopping. That made it easy to find that item, and not have to go ask someone. It’s also easy to look up the prices for the groceries ahead of time. ### 5/5 — Finally a grocery app *2025-01-30, version 3.50.1* That’s aight ### 5/5 — What’s the Deal with the 1-Stars? *2024-10-31* I’m not sure why everyone is giving 1-Stars on this app. I’ve been a customer of Harmons for over 7 years now. -If we are comparing to the previous version, this does all of the old stuff + more now. -If we are disregarding the previous app, this is a grocery app that puts grocery shopping first, whether it is using their E-Commerce shoppers or you are building a shopping list to shop in-store. I don’t know of another grocery store in Utah that gives you free items for shopping with them, sure they give you gas discounts, at Harmons I am getting free items + Fuel Discounts. Overall, there is a lot of Good Things and a few nuanced things, it works for what I need it for, Grocery Shopping Online with Delivery. ### 5/5 — Pharmacy *2024-10-20* I’m writing because this QR opened what I’m using to rate my pharmacy visit today. Usually the pharmacy receipt issues a strictly survey type form to to which I can reply and correspond, however, I can answer here inasmuch and I’m delighted to give a shoutout to Jennie for her superlative service both finding my prescription ready and answering questions I had about other medications I use. Of course the girl should get a raise given her value to the pharmacy and thank her again for me. I can still access my Foodie Points, it just is in a different spot than before.
