### 4/5 — so fun and relaxing!!

*2022-05-05*

definitely helps wind me down and the game is so satisfying

### 4/5 — Harmony 2

*2017-02-03*

Fun game to spend your extra time on

### 4/5 — Relaxes the body, engages the mind

*2017-01-08*

The only downside to this app is that the music between themes is a tad too similar. Aside, I thoroughly enjoy this soothing puzzle for its simple colour schemes and relaxing instrumental tracks. Recommend!

### 4/5 — Simple, Challenging, Annoying!!!

*2016-10-13*

I love this game, while it's simple, it's challenging, but can be annoying when you can't pass a level. There are no helpers!

### 4/5 — Pretty!

*2016-08-28*

Nice-looking interface, simple and tricky enough to be addictive.

### 4/5 — Smooth relaxing app

*2016-05-29*

A relaxing diversion for those long wait times on hold and such.

### 5/5 — Fave iPhone game

*2016-05-28, version 2.3*

This is definitely my favorite game on the iPhone. 1) simplicity. It's not jarring or demanding of your attention. 2) relaxing. The colors and music are so pleasant. It's nice to distract oneself with a game that actually lowers your blood pressure! 3) immediate gratification. They move through levels gradually, slowly. the incremental changes in difficulty are subtle so that you never lose that sense of accomplishment. All in all, a very well thought out game, that breaks mold. I love it!

### 5/5 — Relaxing and fun!

*2016-05-21*

Awesome game, love the colours and the relaxation

### 5/5 — Very fun, always a challenge, plus calming colors.

*2016-05-16, version 2.3*

I got this app for free from star bucks a few months ago and wasn't expecting much, however I know as a developer, Starbucks only picks great looking apps that also perform well for their free ones.

I play this game when I am cooking, riding in a car, or just waiting in line. It's addicting but not annoying about it. Meaning you aren't getting all of those notifications "that you need to come back now" or anything like that.

I'd really recommend it if you're looking for a great simple puzzle style game.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2016-05-11*

Very calming and challenging. Really enjoying this game! *****

### 5/5 — Relaxing and Addicting

*2016-04-21, version 2.3*

The music, feel, and rhythm of the game are great for taking a step back and slowing down. And there are so many levels that you aren't going to run out any time soon. However, don't let the chill exterior fool you, this game gets hard!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-04-13*

I actually got this app for free at Starbucks, and it is the best puzzle app ever. So zen like with the music and the Colors , and can get very challenging! Great way to zone out, strengthen your brain, and even meditate a little! 👍👍

### 4/5 — Excellent - simple but challenging

*2016-02-25*

The Harmony series is excellent - simple games that can be learnt in moments but which become highly challenging very quickly. A wonderful way to spend time - the music quickly becomes dull and insipid but apart from that a great game!

### 5/5 — what a interesting game

*2016-02-19, version 2.3*

Some levels could breakdown my brain. When you work out it takes you a big fun. But some levels are extremely easy. Sometime comes up difficulty sometime turns up easiness and play with joy.

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2016-02-16*

The game is great and very fun to play. The levels get harder but it's still quite good. The music is also very soothing and relaxing

### 5/5 — 10/10

So relaxing and fun! Would recommend

### 4/5 — Enjoyable

I nice way to unwind from the day

### 5/5 — Charming , Beautiful, Relaxing. yet Challenging Puzzler

Brilliantly done. Highly recommended 🙃

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Review

*2014-06-08*

I think that it should be cheaper as a whole. It is not worth the 2-3 pounds I paid for it. In all honesty, I would like a refund (but I'm sure that's not possible).
I also experienced game-breaking bug which does not allow you to move a certain tile (on level 13, bloom). Might I just add that this tile is in the wrong place and has a move.

### 1/5 — Dull.

*2014-06-03*

This is surely meant to be a children's game or is it perhaps some kind of promotional vehicle for the CD of the background music? Anyone interested in a seriously superb colour puzzle game should try Blendoku.

### 2/5 — :(

*2016-08-04, version 2.3*

I would truly give this game 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact that the app no longer plays the music in the app. It's a huge part of the reason to why I played this game so much, the music plus the game it self helped me fall asleep so much faster. The app has a sleep mode, in which it can gradually starts dimming until it shuts off. before it would do the same with the music, but now, I have to have to music playing through another app, that doesn't shut off automatically and drains my battery. I emailed customer support, but never got a reply back. Other than that, this game is great

### 2/5 — Forced review for content access

*2015-07-13, version 2.3*

While the game is interesting and the soundtrack is well above par, the fact that they hide over 100 levels from you by using a review wall hurts my perspective of this game considerably. I can't condone this kind of behavior, app makers, and I know many others agree. They agree enough to not give a review in boycott of this nonsense. You already made us pay for the game. There's nothing to gain from forced reviews except a bunch of people giving you 1 or 2 star ratings about this nonsense.

### 3/5 — Quite good

*2015-12-14*

Not a bad puzzle, but I don't understand why the dots remain after you have solved it. I would like more options on the music source, I like listening to recorded books and would enjoy listening while doing this puzzle

### 3/5 — Bon divertissement

*2015-12-13*

La musique est bonne, le jeu est divertissant mais un peu répétitif.

### 3/5 — Enjoyable, but not my favorite

*2015-10-26, version 2.3*

I enjoy playing this game for a while. I really dislike the music. I'm grateful I can turn it off. Why do I have to touch an icon to go on to the next level? Symphony 1 didn't make me do that. It seems to me this one takes longer to load the next level also. So, I find this fun for a while but I'm certainly not addicted yet.

### 3/5 — Annoyed into rating this game (which is an otherwise good game)

*2015-07-12, version 2.3*

This game is enjoyable, and, so far, is a good balance of mentally challenging and relaxing. I probably would have given it four or five stars given more time. But pop-up requests began to appear after every level (starting after 15 levels or so) asking me to rate the game. These requests kept appearing, regardless of how many times I hit "never" and "no thanks". So now I'm only rating the game to make the pop-ups stop. You got what you asked for. Do you really want annoyed people to rate your game?

### 3/5 — Not as good as the first, but still a solid game

*2015-06-30, version 2.3*

The only big problems I have with the game is that the tutorial (that's completely unavoidable) treats you like someone who's never seen an iOS app, let alone played the first game, and that it gets really hard way quicker than the first (which I guess could explain the first complaint if you see the tutorial as some sort of nonsensical compensation for its semi-spontaneous jump in difficulty, but that's just my weird opinion).

### 4/5 — Death Metal and Meditation?

*2023-09-03*

Someone clearly decided to stagger the difficulty of the levels rather than use a natural difficulty progression which would gradually increase as you advance.

This was intended to evoke certain emotions as you alternate between struggling and succeeding. Similar to a music playlist that varies from rock to ballads, intentionally shifting your moods. On some level they’ve succeeded with that goal.

However, it comes at the cost of destroying the peaceful flow of the game. It literally went from beginner to advanced and back to child difficulty within 15 levels. NOT harmonious.

It’s like having a death metal song stuck in the middle of your meditation playlist. It’s jarring and unpleasant.

If it weren’t for that one major flaw, the game would be quite enjoyable. The minimalistic gameplay and music are superb.

They should combine the best elements from Harmony 1 and Harmony 2.

Harmony 1 has a smoother difficulty progression, but you actually have to pay to use the Undo Move function! Ugly.
Harmony 2 is more polished, has more levels and has the Sleep feature… but the harsh difficulty progression is very frustrating.
Perhaps Harmony 3 combines the best features and loses the worst ones, but I’m not willing to risk paying for another one of these games.

This was written because the game relentlessly insisted that I review it on the App Store. It’s an honest review and I hope someone finds it helpful.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great follow up to the original

*2022-01-12, version 2.3*

The original har•mo•my game has been my favorite for years. A challenging puzzle but beautiful and relaxing. I was thrilled to find follow up games recently. The second edition is mostly the same but you can choose different sets of puzzles and colors with different moods and music. Before, you never had this option. The game I know and love with even more improvement. Worth $4.

### 5/5 — noice

*2019-07-14*

### 5/5 — A very calming puzzle

*2017-02-17*

Very calming. Easy to start with, needing more thought as you progress. A great way to pass the time.

### 5/5 — Most relaxing puzzle game I've played

*2016-12-26, version 2.3*

The puzzles are a bit more challenging than the first game, which is great because it really makes me think about possible solutions. The music is great as well, I've listened to Hammock when I need to relax or be productive. I recommend Harmony 2 to anyone who wants a relaxing puzzle game.

### 5/5 — Beautiful

*2016-12-17*

Beautiful app

### 5/5 — Very relaxing app

*2016-09-28*

I love it just before bed to just kinda wind my mind down, the music helps me sleep too

### 5/5 — A very special title

*2016-06-21, version 2.3*

This is one of those games where it brings back memories and the puzzles are challenging and fun to play, it's a game where everyone wants a sequel and the music is on par for what the games about so good job and keep making awesome game like this can't wait for three or four.

### 5/5 — Great game for travel

*2016-06-20, version 2.3*

I got the game free through Starbuck's. Most of their free apps are worth actually buying! I travel for work a LOT. This is a great game to play while waiting for the plane to board. And, sometimes when I'm tired or stressed I just start a game and let the music play. Very calming!
