I think the software engineers can do better with design and user friendly interface. The latest issue that I’ve tried to fix was to reconnect the hub to a new WiFi network without loosing the presets. Recently though, running the app causes problems on my iPad, the screen dimming goes haywire and icons flutter when I reboot with the app up. NON sono più schiavo di altri telecomandi!! Prima utilizzavo un telecomando Harmony 650 che poi si è rotto. Ora, tramite quest’app, sono riuscito a replicare sull’ HUB la stessa configurazione che avevo sul 650 utilizzando il mio account già esistente, perfetto!! Inoltre, sto aggiungendo tanti altri dispositivi ed eventi da gestire. La configurazione e’ molto intuitiva e rapida, inoltre l’utilizzo con il cellulare e’ fantastico, per es. il volume audio dell’impianto, collegato al mio Denon AVC-A10se, viene gestito semplicemente con i tasti di controllo audio laterali dell’iPhone. L’Harmony Hub purtroppo da ieri 7/7/2025, non riesce più a connettersi: Errore E2012 aggiornamento software non riuscito, riprovare più tardi. Ho provato in tutti i modi anche con il reset dell’Hub, niente da fare. I server Logitech da ieri sembrano diventati irraggiungibili, e quindi il sw non riesce a riconfigurare gli apparati connessi. Peccato, la continuità di assistenza che avevano promesso, purtroppo è già svanita!!! Aggiornamento: è stata molto dura ma oggi 8/7/2025 ho risolto il problema dell’errore E2012. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Broken and can’t connect to hub *2025-07-07, version 5.7.14* This morning the Alexa skill stopped working. Tried to reinstall the skill but still no luck. Tried connecting to hub via this app and it will not fully connect to hub. Tried unplugging hub for a minute, no luck. Tried uninstalling app, restarting iPhone, then reinstalling app, no go. App will get stuck on “checking hub firmware” which never completes. Checked Logitech’s website and it appears the service is up and running, so I have zero clue why things got FUBARed today. Physical remote still works. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-06-18, version 5.7.14* We’ve been using the Harmony Hub and Remote for years and I constantly have to factory reset the device and set it up as a new hub due to things not working properly. Recently the app has given me two different error codes and doesn’t allow me to do any configuration. I also went to their website to “contact” the company and it just brings me to a pop up window saying that my MacOS is an updated version that isn’t compatible. And every trouble shooting suggestion on the website is useless because of the 2 said errors I receive when connecting on the App ### 2/5 — I will never buy a Logitech product again *2025-06-01, version 5.7.14* Apps still works fine for TV and entertainment devices but no longer supports Lutron smart devices for lights and blinds. Can't say i will ever buy another Logitech product, as my entire home has been setup to run with the Harmony remote and Lutron devices. It doesn’t connect to hubs anymore it says it does but it sends no signal to the hub. The hub works fine as the remote still pairs and connects just fine but the app does nothing. I can even make the hub send commands through my home assistant integration. All I wanted to do was be able to turn on/turn off non Philips lights either remote’s buttons provided for the purpose. No luck so a 1 star review. This is the Actual Most Perfect Thing and I will continue using it until the end of time. We were so disappointed when we heard that Logitech was dropping the remotes from their business. Yesterday it happened, our battery died and wouldn’t hold a charge. I took it to see if I could get it replaced, no success. I then look for an app. Yes I found the Harmony app and it works better than the remote! ### 5/5 — Works good for what I use it for *2024-12-15, version 5.7.14* Updated 12/15/24 Been using this app for at least 5 years. My last update was in 2019 and I don’t remember when I first started using it. I have a harmony elite with hub in my family room and an original harmony hub down in my rec room. This came with no separate remote so this app is the only way to control it. Especially since now there is no reliable way to use Alexa to do it. I used to use Yonomi but now it’s gone. This app may not be the fanciest and has its hiccup’s but bottom line, works quite well for basic functionality of tv, cable and Apple TV. I would love to see Logitech make this open source since they no longer support the product. But in the meantime, it would be great if Logitech would add a new widget for iOS18.
