### 2/5 — Charged for the free trial

*2026-08-04*

I was charged the day that I signed up for the free 7 day trial

### 2/5 — Why the petals..

*2026-07-29*

I don’t need a reward for tracking my period. What once was a helpful period & symptoms tracker is now a PBIS nightmare that uses frustrating, glitchy software to give you points for making a note about yourself. I love the menu or symptoms that I can easily select that describe many areas of life- I love this feature. However, all of the gunk that gets in the way of that is the reason I will not be renewing my subscription.

### 2/5 — Information good- tracking quality not

*2026-07-01*

I really love the idea of this app. I love that it provides the suggestions for which foods and workouts to be doing depending on the phase. However unlike my other tracking apps this one cannot change with your body as it fluctuates. It’s off by an entire week for my ovulation and even when I put it that I had an LH surge it doesn’t change. Pretty bummed about it and I have submitted the suggestion twice. Hopefully they can change it.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share this. We're looking at this and will work on a solution to improve our ovulation tracker soon. We're a small team and notes like yours genuinely shape what we work on next.
For anything account-specific or if you'd like to share more detail, please reach out at sarah.harmony@rocapine.com.

### 2/5 — Not for everyone

*2026-06-10*

I am upset with the app. -
I paid almost 80$ for it, and overall it was going great until I skipped a period because I’m 40 and it’s generally not unusual in perimenopause to do so, but it feels like the app doesn’t recognize what’s happening likely because it’s AI, and is treating me like I have a 45 day cycle instead of a skipped period. I’m unhappy and want my money back but they have no website. It’s not for me, it’s for younger women learning about their periods.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the frustration, Katie. You're right, a skipped period and a 45 days cycle are not the same. We're looking into ways of improve the app experience to our users in perimenopause. Your feedback helps. Had a great day! Sarah from Harmony

### 2/5 — Super buggy!

*2026-05-26, version 2.14.6*

Really want to love this app but its really buggy. Hoping developers will sort it out soon!

### 1/5 — Hate it.

*2026-05-25*

First off,
I signed up for the free trial and was immediately charged for a full year, I have never had the app before so I’ll start with that. I couldn’t get a refund, so I was like oh well, I’ll just deal with it and commit to the app. It’s really dumb because you tell it the issues you’re having and it basically just parrots you, “you’re feeling like this because your progesterone is dropping” or “this time of the month you feel great because of xyz, although you may be feeling (enter your symptoms here), it’s a great time to reflect and feel your feelings” I would have never purchased this app,
Complete waste of $35.

**Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry, being charged for a full year right away on a first-time trial isn't how it's meant to work, and that's worth looking into on your account specifically. Billing runs through Apple, so the refund route is reportaproblem.apple.com; if you email contact@harmony.com and mention this review, we'll help you push the request and check what happened with the trial offer.

On the insights, that's fair feedback. They should give you more than a reflection of what you typed back at you, and making them genuinely specific and useful is exactly what we're focused on improving. Thank you for taking the time to say it plainly. Sarah

### 1/5 — What’s the purpose of paying

*2026-05-25*

It’s too expensive

### 1/5 — Pushing to buy subscriptions

*2026-05-21, version 2.14.5*

Ridiculous cannot really try to app without paying

### 1/5 — Not great

*2026-05-15*

I asked for a refund as I accidentally purchased this wanting to trial and see how it goes. They declined twice. 1 month into it, I don’t believe it’s worth having. I’ve event trial to add any health conditions and it won’t allow me to. It should take this into consideration as well seeing as it constantly promotes it’s made by women for women.

**Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry this hasn't worked out the way you hoped. On the refund, Apple has the final say on those and we unfortunately can't reverse a decision they've already declined, but if you email contact@harmony.com we'll check whether there's anything we can do from our side.

You're also right that you should be able to add health conditions, and the app should be factoring them in, if it's not letting you, that's a gap we want to close. Could you tell us which conditions and where it blocks you? That kind of feedback genuinely helps us live up to what we set out to build. Thank you for raising it. Sarah

### 1/5 — Paid for app

*2026-05-11, version 2.14.3*

Advert was suggesting it’s better than using Flo … cant even try it without signing up .

### 1/5 — Force to rate immediately

*2026-05-05*

I would like to use the app a bit before being forced to rate it. I’ve barely entered my info in

### 1/5 — Scam!!!!! Do NOT download.

*2026-05-02*

I signed up for the 7-day free trial because it’s required in order to see what the app is like. I immediately knew I didn’t want to keep it so I tried to cancel my subscription. However, it’s somehow not associated with my Apple account so I have no way to cancel it.
My settings in the app showed I was on a “free” plan and I don’t have access to any of the features, so thought maybe the subscription didn’t go through after all, and I deleted the app. Turns out, I’ve been charged monthly all along.

Update - I reached out to the support email a week ago, and also reached out to the email I was specifically told to reach out to, but I haven’t gotten a response. Not even an acknowledgment that my email was received. I’ve now been charged three times for an app I’m not using/features I don’t have access to.

Update2 - I’ve now been charged for the 4th month in a row ($52) for an app I’m not using and don’t even have the features I’m paying for. Someone finally responded to me but it takes about a week and a half for them to reply, and only after I’ve followed up at least once. They tried to offer me a free year subscription (I’m still being charged every month so it wouldn’t actually be free….) instead of stopping the monthly charge. They do not seem to care about customers, which further leads me to believe the app is a scam. They’re saying it’s Apple’s fault I’m being charged, but Apple has no record of me ever paying a cent for this app, AND Apple is not who is charging me every month like it does with other subscriptions. This company is charging me directly. I’ve filed a dispute and fraud claim with my bank.

Update3 - My bank forced them to refund the charges, which is great. They told me they also cancelled my subscription, and they asked me to update my review. I was truly considering it, but I wanted to wait to make sure the reoccurring charges actually stopped. I’m glad I waited because I was charged AGAIN this month. I truly do not understand how a company that is based off subscriptions can’t figure out how to cancel a subscription... I’ve filed another dispute with my bank. The nightmare continues.

**Developer response:** Hi Leschill, thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry for the frustration and we're glad we were able to get this sorted. Your subscription has been cancelled, your account removed and your refund is on its way.

If anything else comes up, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll take care of it right away. Sarah, from Harmony

### 1/5 — Not sure

*2026-05-02, version 2.14.2*

Asking to rate but haven’t got a chance to try it

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — QR code

*2026-07-17, version 2.19.0*

I think theres a bug because i try to connect but then they ask me to scan a QR code from another phone but i never had an old phone nor did i ever use this app before. What do i do ?

### 1/5 — Would be amazing if it actually worked

*2026-06-26*

The app doesn’t predict cycles even though I’ve entered data for over a year. I paid for subscription for a year and I couldn’t even edit my data for age or birthday and when I select the smart cycle prediction it does a 99 day cycle which doesn’t make sense. I reached out to get a refund and then they replied on saying there would be updates to fix the issues and I replied saying I still wanted a refund and they just never emailed back. Don’t waste your money. Use the lively app instead, it’s the same thing but actually works and it’s cheaper.

**Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry, what you're describing isn't how predictions normally behave, and a 90-day reading from a clear 25-day cycle points to something specific going wrong on your account that we'd like to fix. You also shouldn't have been left without a reply. If you email sarah.harmony@rocapine.com and mention this review, we'll get your predictions sorted and make sure someone responds. For the charge, billing is handled by Apple, but it's worth requesting a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we're glad to help. Thanks for flagging it. Sarah

### 1/5 — Worst app. No new features than ordinary free apps

*2026-06-25*

I fell for the advertising and decided to pay for the premium subscription. I regretted it almost immediately. There were no meaningful new feature, nothing that justified paying when free period-tracking apps offer essentially the same experience.

To make matters worse, I requested a refund twice via email and was completely ignored. Paying customers deserve at least a response.

This has been one of the most disappointing app purchases I hv made. Will never pay for this app again and cannot recommend the premium subscription to anyone.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry the premium experience didn't feel worth it. For the refund and the emails that went unanswered, please write to sarah.harmony@rocapine.com so we can look into what happened and help you from there.
We're a small team and we take user feedback seriously, so if you're open to it, we'd genuinely like to hear what features would have made a difference for you. That input shapes what we build next.

### 1/5 — wrong

*2026-06-23*

i had a free 3 days then i canceled the subscription and it proceeded to try charge me for a yearly plan which i did not sign up for

### 1/5 — Tuhhhh

*2026-06-20, version 2.17.0*

Not worth $40 😒 just like any regular cycle app.

### 1/5 — App STOLE my money

*2026-06-17, version 2.16.0*

It signed me up for a FREE subscription and instead took 44 pounds out of my account which I have been saving for something important im really angry with this app

### 1/5 — Can’t use not what I thought.

*2026-06-05, version 2.15.2*

I don’t have a period. Ever. Having body parts removed will do that. The idea was to help control PCOS. But when I seen it was just a period tracker I canceled the trial and was charged $37. So, don’t take the trial. Just say nope and find something else

### 1/5 — No don’t get

*2026-06-02*

They stole almost $80 out of my account. There is a lot better apps that are absolutely free.

**Developer response:** We're sorry that Harmony wasn't the right fit for you. All purchases go through Apple, we never charge cards directly, so nothing was taken outside of your App Store account. Sarah from Harmony

### 1/5 — Dificult

*2026-05-29*

Very difficult to navigate , still can’t find where to switch to pregnant

**Developer response:** Sorry for the frustration. We currently don't support a pregnancy mode, we're working on it to offer you. the best possible experience. If you need anything else, write us at sarah.harmony@rocapine.com. Best, Sarah from Harmony

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2026-05-28, version 2.14.6*

I’ve inputted a years worth of data but it’s still not personalising accurately, seems to think my cycle is 90 days and told me there’s 43 days till my period despite the dates inputted clearly showing a 25 day cycle. Raised it as an issue but had so response, then the free trial ends and you get charged £49.99 without extra notification. I’ve always had at least an email to say free trial ending to give you a chance to cancel. Now I’ve paid £49.99 for an app I won’t use that’s not worth it. Ridiculous. Really disappointed after seeing so many positive ads.

easy to use and very informative

### 5/5 — fantastic

*2026-04-02, version 2.12.1*

I had a gynecology appointment and used the history to answer questions about my last few cycles. Instead of guessing, I had exact dates and notes about cramps and headaches. It made the appointment feel more productive and less rushed.

### 5/5 — Helpful After Stopping BC

*2026-04-02, version 2.12.1*

After I stopped birth control, my cycle was unpredictable. I used this to keep track of changes and random symptoms. Over a few months I could actually see things settling into a pattern, which made me feel less anxious about it.
