When facing issues it is normal for the human mind to think in circles. Ever returning to the same issue - normally the one big thing in your way. This app actually really makes you think in a straight line!!! You can also then print it out. Really look at it and see it for what it is. If you save it - you can go back. Change and modify after you had time to digest because the model made the issue clear! You can get yourself out of jail with it or at least avoid jail n the first place. Requires you to commit to subscription before it works. 2) entering text in step 1 the text box is hidden behind the keyboard - requires UX work 3) license already purchased, still gives you the option to subscribed again - requires UX work 4) step 4 asks you to pick one of 4 options. But when you try to select it tells you that you have to resolve the issue first. End up getting stuck. Tried going backwards and select a different change. Still no way to go forward. If it is user problem, then it is not user friendly and intuitive and requires UX work. 5) the user help and prompt still pops up after already going through tutorial. 6) the modes keep going back into view only mode.
