On vous prélève un montant que personne ne peut vous rembourser alors que vous n’avez souscrit que pour quatre semaines, la réponse des développeurs était fortement déconcertante « Nous sommes désolés de la frustration occasionnée ! ». Aucun accès pour visualiser son abonnement, ni un éventuel lien sur son paiement. Meal plans did not take into account my quiz answers and dietary restrictions. Asked for refund immediately. Was told they do not give refunds. A week later I was charged $89.74 without any warning. Again, immediately reached out and was told because it is a digital subscription they do not offer refunds. Complete BS. Total lies! It’s a generic app that only offers blogs and no customization at all. All AI-driven! The recipes are either overly complicated or don’t taste good. The workouts are boring. But the worst of it is when I try as auto renewed, after attempting to cancel once, they refused to refund the $50 charge. I even requested a partial refund and was unable to get that. I took their quiz and purchased a seven day meal plan for $6.89. I did not authorize any further purchases nor sign up for any reoccurring nor ongoing plans. Seven days later, I was charged $87.49 without any notification nor any agreement to pay that amount. When I reached out to the company, they said they would cancel my account but would not refund the $87.49. This is all very dishonest and underhanded.
