## What is Harness On?

Harness On-Call is the mobile app for the Harness Platform's AI SRE module, built for DevOps and SRE teams who need to respond to incidents fast.

Critical alerts bypass Do Not Disturb so pages reach you. Acknowledge, escalate, or resolve incidents from your phone, with one-tap chat, voice, and video to loop in your team. Check upcoming on-call shifts, save contacts for escalation, and view root cause without opening a laptop.
