The RX app doesn’t update your prescriptions when they have 0 refills, out of date, I have 3-4 RX that are the same in the active RX’s. It gets confusing when you need to look up current RX to refill. Can not add prescription meds, either by manual entry or by pharmacy download. Manual entry should only ask for basic things. Not everything in world as it now does. Let us enter dosage and Drug MG. 2. Does not have meds in data base such as Metformin HCL, or Carvedilol 6.25MG. Data base to complex. Just show basic drug name. Let us enter drug name if not in database. 3. Prescription renewal did work. 4. Many folks do not have SMS messaging device. Allow telephone call for code. (Need landline and/or VOIP phone support.) Looking forward to this working. Harps RX folks do not even have contacts for help with App questions. Seem to be confused by the questions. ### 1/5 — Horrible!! *2021-10-06, version 2.8.27* I have used hundreds of apps in my life, and none of them come close to this app. It is by far the worst app I have ever used. My sixteen year old Grandson could do a better job designing an app! There is not one good thing I can say about it. Trying to register on it is a nightmare. The first screen you enter info on is incomplete, after entering info numerous times you will eventually get a complete screen. Hope anyone needing this app luck, and has loads of patience! The app is a good idea but bugs need worked out.
