What type of mobile device are you using (ex: Apple iPhone 13)? Is it running the latest OS on the device? If not, what version is it running? Have you completely uninstalled/deleted the app and then reinstalled it from your device's app store? NOTE: Please ensure to completely delete the app, and not just offload it the cloud, as we need a fresh install of the app onto your mobile device. If you have done a fresh uninstall/reinstall, is OK if we reset your password so we can test internally in an attempt to duplicate the issue under your login? Regardless of this recent bug, the interface is clunky, the UI straight out of 2009, & the reliability less than that of an events manager in 2020. T-mobile network *2024-07-16* It’s not working ### 1/5 — Unwanted updates, inaccurate reporting *2024-06-22* Harri Live forces automatic updates that do not provide accurate labor dollars and percentage to sales information. The app will often shut down, freeze or not allow you to log in. You must delete the entire app and redownload to use.
