Cannot verify my ph number for the second account because it is already registered to the first one ?! When the app suggests contacting cust services the whole thing crashes. More often than not it fauls at the till or diesny show vouchers earned. Tiday it wouldnt liad at all. Impossible to just unsubscribe. Emailed H&H and have been ignored! It doesn’t work to try sign up with apple which I don’t like doing - would rather sign up with email but this isn’t an option. Staff advise is to try again next time. The best coffee shop in the world so far, so good. Most impressed. My wife and I both love the coffee options and prefer the flavour, taste and presentation (not builders mugs or silly off centred cups and saucers) of H&H coffee to other high street outlets. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review! In fact my 5yo daughter and I just call it “the favourite coffee shop” and don’t even really refer to H&H by name! The app is very easy to use and the benefits are generous.
