A few minutes later, I get a text saying my order was ready. I walk in the store and there is literally no one in line and all the workers were chit chatting it up. I walk to the counter and ask for my order and the guy tells me that it’s not ready and that they have until 5:57 to finish my order. It was 5:27 and not a single soul was in line. I showed him the text and he repeated the same thing as he rolled his eyes. They started making my order since I gave them a bit of attitude and only took them a minute to make. Of course it would be quick, there was nobody in line and everyone was just goofing off. Get better employees! ### 1/5 — Quicker to wait in line *2021-11-13* The app is useless. I don’t think the staff like app orders and were rude. In my case, I placed the order and arrived at the store. They said that the order didn’t print, so they hadn’t started in the order. On a positive note, they were slammed, so I got to jump the line for those who did not order ahead. 24 hours later I got a text that my order was ready. I really hope that was a delayed text, and not them finally making my order.
