Last season we planted some corn. We had some seed packets from Walmart, 95% of those seeds didn’t even grow. We planted them side by side with the seeds from Harris. I’m pretty sure every single Harris Seed grew. We have some learning to do with soil testing and fertilization. But we were happy. I’ve always ordered on line in the past but just downloaded the app in hopes it was easier however it was not. It took several attempts after I entered my payment info to be able to click “submit order”. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Also I was unable to use the $500+ order discount as items were on “back order” or out of stock. Overall the experience was good. Here are the challenges I encountered: I expected to see a link to Login somewhere at the top right/left of the screen, but found that I needed to tap something related to logging in, such Orders or Account. I was prompted to login to access this, but it was confusing at first. I completed adding my items to the cart and began to checkout, but I did not see the place to add the discount code. I had to go back and find the actions to apply a discount located above the cart information- before moving to the checkout phase of the process. I usually expect this to be located in the checkout process somewhere near the end, not in the cart. Also, on the confirmation screen, the name of the confirmation record, looks like it’s missing a naming convention or needs to be made invisible. I took screens of the above while navigating the app but I didn’t see a way to attach them. If your team needs the pictures for clarity, please let me know. Thank you Harris team!
