## What is HarrisLogs?

HarrisLogs is a calorie tracker that does one thing well: it tells you how much you have eaten today, and what you ate the days before.

No account. No ads. No subscriptions. No feed to scroll. Open the app and start logging — there is nothing to sign up for.

THE DAY AT A GLANCE
A single ring shows how many calories you have logged against your daily goal, and how many you have left. Add an item and the ring updates instantly.

LOGGING TAKES SECONDS
Type what you ate and its calorie count, then tap Add. Quick Add buttons cover the things you eat all the time — coffee, a banana, an egg, chicken breast, Greek yogurt, a protein shake — so most entries are two taps. Swipe any item to delete it.

YOUR HISTORY, KEPT SIMPLE
Every day you log is saved. The History tab shows each day with its total, how it compared to your goal, and how many items you logged, plus your running average. Tap any day to see exactly what you ate.

SET YOUR OWN GOAL
Pick the daily calorie target that suits you, anywhere from 500 to 20,000, and change it whenever you like.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
HarrisLogs has no account system and sends nothing anywhere. Your entries are stored only on your device, so there is no sign-up, no password, and nothing to leak. The app works completely offline, and deleting the app removes your data with it.

HarrisLogs is a calorie log, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or give nutrition recommendations. Talk to a qualified professional about your own dietary needs.
