Die App ist super einfach zu verstehen, jedoch ist das Einkaufen von limitierten Sachen nicht so gut umgesetzt. Ich wollte mir den Fragrance Advent Calendar kaufen, hatte ihn auch im Warenkorb und war schon auf Paypal zum bezahlen, jedoch wurde mir dann gesagt, ich soll die Seite aktualisieren und dann stand da, dass er ausverkauft sei. Außerdem kann man auch nicht mehr sehen, was im Kalender drinne ist, da man den Kalendar nicht mal mehr anklicken kann, sondern nur die anderen Kalendar, die noch verfügbar sind. Außerdem sieht man den Kalendar auch nicht, wenn man nach ihm in der Suchleiste sucht. Daher bitte liebes Harrods-Team, wenn man etwas im Warenkorb hat, macht es doch bitte so, dass dieser Artikel für die Person reserviert ist, für eine bestimmte Zeit. Ich freue mich seit der Ankündigung auf diesen Adventskalendar, war gerade dabei ihn zu bestellen, hab mich riesig gefreut, bis mir dann die Laune für den Rest des Tages genommen wurden ist, weil mir erst beim Checkout gesagt wurden ist, dass er ausverkauft sei und nach London komm ich dieses Jahr leider nicht mehr.

Certainly not the best app, and not the quality I’d expect for a brand of this calibre. Screen won’t load on many pages, doesn’t show my orders, filtering difficult on browsing - I’ve just tried again for the umpteenth time only to find it still doesn’t work. More frustration than anything.
Edit: screen loads now after an update, as it does showing my orders, but filtering is certainly not good.

Are you aware that you have no return button? Once open an item, that’s it. You cannot return to your search results, you have to start a new search. And do you know what happens when you want to open list of designers? Nothing. It gives you an option to shop ALL brands

Utterly shambolic app. Despite multiple updates that they have rolled out across several years, the app still lacks basic functionality such as being able to save a product to your wish list in the app, or view previous order history etc. I also have sporadic issues where my rewards information does not display correctly , with one page saying I’m signed in and another showing me as signed out. I’ve also had issues placing an order, being prompted to sign in when already in the check out and signed in! Come on Harrods, do better!

Can’t access basic informations such as my transactions, earned points.
Keeps loading for hours. 
I would expect better than this from Harrods.
