We can’t get the app to open on my friends phone either. We get it to open on my trainers phone but then you have to pay a bunch of money, and when she fell it didn’t alert anyone. It really helps me keep track of what I’m doing with my horses and I can get other people advice who may have better ideas or more preferences.
