Battery life was not great or it would disconnect regularly and I’d have to spend ages trying to re install to get it going. But it started going wrong more and more regularly. I also worried how much info was at risk with an unknown brand. I was really expecting great things from it. But I’m disappointed with how the app is performing. Wether you select specific apps or you select all apps , from the notifications section, shortly after doing this, the app deselects everything . You get no notifications at all!!! You find yourself having to check every so often , just to see if notifications are working or not. You have to be setting these features up repeatedly throughout the day. It’s very frustrating! If you set up health remind , sedentary and drink water for specific times, shortly that is also de selected and everything. All the settings goes back to zero. Again you have to be setting this info up repeatedly! It’s difficult trying to track your progress if the app fails to sync properly with your watch. The same issues keep repeating themselves. I’m finding one issue after another. I previously had a Hawaii fitness tracker ,which cost me only £30.00 and worked perfectly with its app. I never ever experienced the problems I’m having with this watch and app. I’ve only had this Harry Lime watch for nearly 48 hrs now, and I’m becoming increasingly disheartened & disappointed. One of the things that attracted me to the watch was the larger screen. As I could see the details properly on my previous watch, without my glasses . Unfortunately my Hawaii fitness tracker broke. I’m sorry to say , If this continues, I will have no choice but to return the watch back to the shop I bought it from. It’s pointless having this fitness tracker if you can’t track your progress. ### 2/5 — Worth £15 at best *2022-01-17, version 1.0.9* Pretty poor for a £75 watch and app… took my watch off to charge and it deleted the data… so whats the point lol ### 3/5 — Good but having problems *2025-03-21* Got this watch at Christmas and really like it but since the latest update it is not recording my activity and is not “waking up” when I turn my wrist to look at it, even though it’s set to do that. I’ve tried resetting it and disconnecting/reconnecting and it’s still having issues. Help please? **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry about the issue you are experiencing, please contact customerservice@peershardy.co.uk ### 3/5 — Harry Lime smartwatch *2024-10-31* I’ve had this watch since Jan 22 on a whole it’s a good watch provides me the information I require without having to look at my phone and provides personal data on a daily basis, the downside with it from time to time when I have to charge the watch up after a couple of hours or more when I’ve took it off charge when I receive notifications from the watch it bleeps but doesn’t always display the message which can be frustrating and tried rebooting it changed settings on the watch and checked my Bluetooth and gone into the Harry Lime App as the location is always off I switch it back on but doesn’t always work.
