Ich habe in der Administration die Funktion Datenbank überprüfen ausführen wollen. Dabei stürzte die App ab. Nun stürzt sie direkt beim Starten ab. 

Was mach ich nun?

I have found this app almost impossible to use, and very counter-intuitive to get started. Even when I thought I had worked out how to use it, at the end of my track laps there was no data to be found. It would benefit from a redesign to make it much simpler for new users to get started

Funktioniert leider nur sehr selten. 
Es sollte so sein, dass der LapTimer „bereit“ ist und automatisch anfängt zu zählen. 
Obwohl das Handy fest in einer Halterung ist und mit Strom versorgt wird (das setzt die App voraus) schafft es die App nicht automatisch zu starten. 
Habe es jetzt nach mehreren Enttäuschungen deinstalliert und werde etwas anderes ausprobieren.

I bought the rookie version to use on a Castle Combe track day and I only managed to get one lap to time though I set up the app to time each session. As has been said by others, the interface is not user friendly or intuitive . I ended up downloading and using a free app that my friend was using and it was totally reliable and captured every lap. Save your money, there seem to be better apps out there for free.

Can’ t seem to get this working on IPhone 7.. tried on 2 tracks.. never recorded a single lap.. forced calibration , no succes either :(

Ich habe die App auf GrandPrix aufgewertet um alle Funktionen nutzen zu können. Schade, dass ich nicht vorhergewusst hatte, was der Unterschied ist, denn dann hätte ich direkt die GrandPrix gekauft und noch was gespart...
Die App selbst ist nicht ganz übersichtlich, denn das eine oder andere an Funktion zu finden ist nicht ganz leicht und nachvollziehbar. Zudem kommt es immer mal wieder beim Menüwechsel zu Abstürzen, was die App zwar doof aussehen lässt, aber der Leistung kein Abbruch tut.

Die Messung 0-100km/h ist ganz gut und lässt auch 50-80; 100-200; etc. wie auch immer frei wählen! Die Werksangabe von meinem Kfz erreiche ich ganz gut und find ich auch nachvollziehbar.

Die Unterstützung für ein GPS-Reciever funktioniert in meinem Fall, bisher, ganz gut.

Mit so einem Gerät, lassen sich im übrigen erst die gut Messungen erzielen...!!!

Der OBD2, der ich mir gekauft habe steht nicht in der Liste von Harry, ... und funktioniert leider nicht. Der Kiwi3 der bald kommt hoffentlich schon... werd ich noch nachtragen.

Ich bin (fast) zufrieden!
Abstürze weg, mehr Übersichtlichkeit und 5 Sterne stehen!!!

Bought at the last minute for a track day. Might work ok in a car but certainly not on a motorcycle as this doesn't work from inside a pocket.

App seems to have a lot of functionality but it's not exactly plug n play. I can't fiddle with it while on the track so it gets frustrating when it's not working as expected.

Calibrated the device and had 4 ticks, so 'good to go'. Track loaded and then 'race' selected with nothing more to do. 5 sessions and NOT "ONE" recorded Lap. This is the biggest POS, do t waste your time!! If you're going to charge $30+ for your other timers; if you can't even get the base model right, you can go jump on the others!! Gutted not one time 😡😡😡👎👎👎

This app is not easy to use and even if you learn how to use it, it doesn’t function properly most of the time. I did 50 laps at Laguna Seca last weekend with my phone connected to my GoPro and my OBDLinkMX+ and neither the GoPro footage nor the OBD data was recorded for even a single lap. 

At the beginning of each session I carefully made sure everything was configured correctly, thinking “maybe it will work this time”, but no. This app does not work well at all. 

It is a legacy app that hasn’t been updated very well over time and is lacking in reliability/ease of use. I do not recommend wasting nearly $30 on it. If you are just looking to time your laps, the super basic version might be okay to use. 

Personally I wish I had listened to the reviews before wasting my money on this app. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Couldn’t even get this started, should be just start/stop review data… but awful layout and requires add on’s for everything, basically they just want you to buy the full version. Don’t bother!

I downloaded this app last year for a DE weekend. At the time, I found it very user in friendly and annoying, but at least it saved my videos and times. Yesterday I used it again for the second time: it froze in the middle of data transfer to my phone, crashed, and then proceeded to delete an entire day worth of lap videos. And then it did it to me again today. RIP video of COTA PR time. Harold and his developers should be ashamed to be selling this app. It is absolute rubbish.

had this along time. used to work well but now seems to never work. interface is very confusing and hard to achieve the given task.  starting the timer is temperamental. seems to often not run or otherwise incorrectly start or end the lap.  the last 4 track days i have not been able to record a single lap time that i think was realistic dependable data.

Cons:
- laps/race don’t start automatically. Nor is it obvious how to turn the race on. You have to go to the Race section, set up a driver, then the car, and then figure that the app will be waiting until you drive off. Extremely unintuitive.
- finding your results is impossible. You have to go to the Analysis -> Lap Times, and locate a green dop next to the time (which indicates it’s you 🤦🏼‍♂️)
- it gets worse, each time you go out for a new session, the Race needs to be manually triggered by setting the previous run as reference. 
- but what is the worst is the deception that a new session is recoding and working.  You think you have triggered a new session and have put your phone away. Only to return to the pit to realize that app has silently produced some hidden alerts after you’ve triggered the new session and put the phone away! IMO this defeats the whole purpose.  

Pros: 
- when it does work the stats are well presented

In summary, out of 5 sessions, I was only able to record 1. Terrible. Save your money.

Read that it’s great, downloaded and and tried to run. With high expectations.
It’s a complicated mess, you can select a track, but then there is no “start” button or anything to even start a track session.
Trying to get a refund, but that option is not available for this app!!
Would not recommend.

Mega App jetzt nun endlich auch für CarPlay freigeschaltet. Super Support wenn man eine Funktion mal nicht findet. Auch die 10tel Sekunde genau verglichen mit dem offiziellen RCN Timing.

Super App! Ich benutze sie auf der Nordschleife und bin sehr zufrieden was man für 10 Euro kriegt 👍🏻 erstmals ist es etwas schwer rein zu finden aber wenn man drin ist einfach nur super!

I use the lap timer on my iPhone to collect data while hire karting. I have the phone strapped to my leg under my suit and use a Dual GPS device too. I do analysis on my iPad. After a bit of fiddling to get it to work reliably the app is really good and I regularly get while races of up to 40 laps recorded. The telemetry is overlaid on to footage recorded on my GoPro 7 and works really well although it can take up a lot of space. I have read some bad reports on this app, but honestly I thing that these people should learn how to use it !! I have found this one very handy and very easy to use ! I also use one satellite receiver to make it more precise, but not needed. I strap my iPhone on the bike dash, and away I go, very easy and effective. Not only I can get lap times but also all the cornering speeds, and splits, with differences colour coded! Unbelievable ! Thanks Harry good job !!

Der Entwickler, Herr Schlangmann, reagierte sofort mit einer Mail( innerhalb 45min!!!) bei Problemen die ich hier oben in Finnland hatte.
Problem derzeit gelöst. Die App startete die Zeitnahme nicht...
Jetzt scheint alles in Ordnung

I don't get to use it as much as I would like,  it that has more to do with not doing enough track days. 

Love that this app is scaleable. I started with Rookie and have since updated to Grand Prix. It works with just the iPhone out of the box with just the app, but can also be scaled up with external hardware as you get more addicted - cams, OBD2 sensors, better GPS trackers. All of which I have done and am impressed with the capabilities of just an app. 

Support is awesome and it is continuously updated and features added, such as the new dyno function (which I think is free for GP only). 

I've used it for autocross, lapping days, karting. Even mountain biking.  Have always been happy with it and have recommended it to several friends.

Ich benutzte die Rookie-Version seit längerer Zeit und bin voll zufrieden. Bewundernswert, mit welcher Akribie sich Herr Schlangmann um seine Kreationen kümmert. Immer wieder kommen neue Updates mit Verbesserungen, die den Nutzen erhöhen. Nicht zuletzt zu erwähnen, der vorbildliche und schnelle Support. Toller Web-Auftritt, hilfreiche Manuals, allerdings sollte man über gute Englischkenntnisse verfügen. 
Kürzlich habe ich auf "Petrolhead" upgegradet.
 Demnächst werde ich den letzten Schritt zur GrandPrix-Version, der Multcam-Unterstützung wegen, vornehmen.
Danke für die tolle App. Ich hoffe, dass uns Herr Schlangmamm noch lange Zeit weiter schöne Updates zur Verfügung stellt.
