## What is Hartis Dagboek App?

U heeft een ECG Recorder (Holter) meegekregen om uw hartritme te registreren. Daarnaast is u gevraagd uw activiteiten en klachten bij te houden in een dagboek. Met de Hartis App kunt u heel gemakkelijk uw dagboek bijhouden. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is de activiteit en klacht(en) aantikken waar u last van heeft. De Hartis App vult zelf de datum en het tijdstip in.

Hoe werkt het?

STARTEN

•Download & installeer het ‘Hartis Dagboekje’ via de App Store op uw smartphone;
•Scan vervolgens de QR-code die u bij uw arts ontvangt;
•U kunt de Hartis App direct gebruiken.


INVOEREN

•U opent de Hartis App door op het icoon te tikken;
•Tik op nieuwe invoer en u ziet vier buttons: datum, tijdstip, activiteit en klacht;
•Datum en tijdstip, hoeft u niet in te vullen. De Hartis App doet dit zelf;
•Tik op de button activiteit. Tik op de activiteit die u wilt invoeren;
•Tik daarna op de button klachten. Tik op de klacht(en) die u wilt invoeren;


OPSLAAN

•Nadat u uw activiteit(en) en klachten(en) heeft ingevoerd, tikt u op opslaan;
•U krijgt nu een overzicht van uw persoonlijke dagboek te zien;
•Druk eventueel op nieuwe invoer om meer activiteiten en klachten in te voeren.
