## What is HaruHaru?

HaruHaru means "day by day", a gentle reminder that mindfulness is a daily practice, not a destination.

Meditation Timer. Set your duration, pick an intention (Calm, Focus, Gratitude, Let Go, Energy, or your own), and begin. A beautiful glass ball breathes with you. The singing bowl marks your start and end. After 5 seconds, the UI fades away — just you and the ball. Tap to bring controls back. Zen Mode dims the screen for complete stillness.

Guided Breathing. Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) for calm and focus. 4-7-8 Relaxing for deep relaxation. An animated breathing ball guides every inhale, hold, and exhale. Start with the Daily Breath Challenge and build your streak.

Session History. Two clean tabs: Overview shows your key stats, a 6-month streak heat map, weekly trends, and practice insights. Sessions tab has a calendar, type filters, search, and your full session list. Your meditation duration is remembered across app restarts.

Beautiful and Minimal. 8 curated color schemes with light and dark mode. Glassmorphism design with subtle animations. No ads, no subscriptions, no accounts.

82 Languages. Fully translated into 82 languages, from Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese to Welsh, Tibetan, and Zulu. Your mindfulness practice, your language.
