Whatever the devs are using for OCR should be adjusted. Continually getting rejected pictures related to image scale when the image of the check is perfectly cropped on a large dark surface. ### 3/5 — Viewing Documents and Notices *2025-01-14, version 4014.0.1* The version of this app on my new M2 iPad has trouble with Online viewing of my statements and notices. There is no trouble with the app on my android phone to view the same. Can you check this out and maybe fix the problem with the iPad version? Instead one has to go through a nested menu and head to a 1999-style page to manage the credit card. The credit card site is antiquated. Systems are well thought out and programmed it seamlessly. No glitches to speak of and if anyone starts w them can’t see any reason to leave period. Bank of America, Citizens, Webster can’t hold a stick to HUECU and this old saying is a perfect reflection how HUECUs service, products, and paperwork make it truly a benefit to help manage life’s challenges a little easier. Usually HUECU is responsive and helpful so this customer service fail is surprising. But perhaps a negative review will get the developer’s attention? Probably too much to hope for.
