As I’m sure you can guess from the overall star rating, this is one of them. Can I find this? NO! Can I view formularies anywhere on the app? NO! At best, I was able to download some gibberish that turned into a PDF in my reader, but another one was broken and would not be viewed that way, either. I can't even see if the claim on insurance for my kid's meds looks weird because when I try to view their claims, I'm not permitted! When I try to log on, I get an error notice that my device is offline. It is not because I am able to log into other apps just fine. I love this app when it works. UPDATE: I received a response from HP and the app has been fixed! Thank you! **Developer response:** We’re thrilled to hear you’ve been loving the app. Unfortunately, we had a glitch occur that has since been resolved. I did have a problem logging in with the password issue the first time. I called their customer service department and they helped me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe try giving them a call? I didn't have too wait for long to talk to someone and they were quick in helping me get it resolved. ### 4/5 — Good for Everyday Use *2020-08-21* Overall, the app is pretty good. They’ve definitely updated it so that it works properly. It has most of the info that I need and being able to get my ID card on here helps at the doctors office. I can find doctors near me - which helps - and look up past visits and meds. I kinda wish there was more, clearer info about my benefits.
