## What is Harvenna?

Meal planning is a chore. Harvenna does most of it for you.

Pick the week's meals, or let the app pick them. From there the shopping list writes itself, the prices track themselves, and the nutrition adds itself up. You cook. It keeps the books.

THE WEEK FILLS ITSELF
• Auto-fill seven nights from your own recipe library, in one tap
• It works around you: variety, what everyone actually likes, what you cooked recently, and how much time you have on a Wednesday
• Run it again for a completely different week. Keep the nights you like, reshuffle the rest.
• Or drag meals on by hand. It is your week.

THE LIST BUILDS ITSELF
• A week of meals becomes one shopping list, grouped by aisle, quantities already added up
• Anything you added by hand survives a regenerate, and duplicates get merged instead of doubled
• Buy oat milk every single week? It notices, and offers to make it recurring.
• Tick things off as you shop. Works offline, which the frozen aisle will appreciate.

THE PRICES TRACK THEMSELVES
• Scan a receipt and every line item becomes price history
• Each shopping item carries the latest price and the lowest you have ever paid, and where
• Tell a real special from a sticker that just says "special"

THE NUMBERS ADD THEMSELVES UP
• Weekly nutrition per person: calories, protein, fibre, iron, calcium and more
• Targets adjust for age and activity, so the toddler and the teenager are not held to the same bar
• No logging, no weighing, no spreadsheet. It comes from the meals you already planned.

THE HOUSEHOLD STAYS IN SYNC
• Shared plans, lists and recipes, so nobody buys the milk twice
• Everyone shops off the same list, from their own phone
• Changes made with no signal queue up and send themselves the moment you are back

FREE TO START
Plan, cook, shop and track your own nutrition. Free, with no trial clock ticking. The auto-fill above is included: it runs on your own recipes, on your own device data, and it costs nothing.

Harvenna Personal adds the AI: generate a week and see why each night was chosen, import a recipe from a link or a photo, and estimate a recipe's nutrition automatically.

Harvenna Family adds the household layer: receipt scanning and price history, spend insights, nutrition for every family member, and up to 5 people on one plan.

Fussy toddlers, bottomless teenagers, or just you and a fridge with opinions. Harvenna takes the dinner decision off your plate, and puts dinner on it.

Plan the week. Feed the family.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-25

A fresh welcome, recipes that build on other recipes, and a shopping list that keeps your changes.

GETTING STARTED
• A new sign-in and setup. Set the table for your household: you, then your people, then what each of them likes and avoids.
• Setup finishes on the Planner, ready for your first week.

RECIPES
• Save a recipe from Safari, Photos or any other app: tap Share, then Harvenna Recipe Import. It saves without leaving the app you're in.
• Recipes can use other recipes, like a sauce or a dough. Planning one brings in what it needs, and the plan names them.
• Filter your recipe library by what your family has rated.
• Add a source link to any recipe. If it has no photo yet, Harvenna takes one from that page.
• The recipe picker now shows all your recipes, not just the first 20.

SHOPPING
• Regenerating the list keeps your ticks, your changes and the order of your items.
• When you change an amount from the plan, the item shows the difference, such as +300 g.
• Add a photo while adding an item, and see it when you edit one.
• An item you add back brings its store, prices, amount and pack size with it.
• Shelf-tag and receipt prices are read more reliably.

HELP & FEEDBACK
• Send us a bug report or an idea from Account, with screenshots if you like.

Plus smaller fixes: the sync banner only shows when changes are waiting to send, and Siri now takes "no" when it asks "did you mean".

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-20

A big update to the shopping list, and a new look for plans.

SHOPPING
• Sections fold away. Tap a category to collapse it, and the list remembers what you closed.
• Filter the list to one store, so a quick stop shows only what you need there.
• The items you need for tonight's dinner are highlighted, for the shop on the way home.
• A clearer basket summary: what is left to buy, and how far through your weekly budget you are.
• Photos you add to an item are saved the moment you pick them, so a weak signal no longer loses them.

SETTINGS
• Preferences are organized into pages rather than one long list.
• New switches to hide the estimated basket and the floating total, per device.

Plus a run of smaller fixes to the planner, recipes and spend.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-12

This update makes planning and shopping a little easier:

• Enjoy more variety in generated meal plans, with fewer repeated suggestions and better handling of meals you dismiss.
• Update categories and stores for multiple shopping items at once.
• Shopping quantities now combine more reliably across recipes and manually added items.
• Receipt fees and surcharges are shown separately from food spending.
• Find recipes more easily with photos in the meal picker, plus clearer buttons and improved iPhone and iPad layouts.
