It’s a banking app. The bank on the other hand would be a 1 out of 10. There have been several time during holidays and weekends where I have been out of town or at the hunting camp and my card not work. My father and I both bank with harvesters. For instance my dad and I were in Monroeville and I tried to use my card and there was a technical error so my Dad was going to pay for it with his harvesters card and it didn’t work either. Come Monday we call the bank and they said there computer went down. This was a holiday weekend and we were out of town for a week. I asked the bank what am I supposed to do I’m out of town and need gas. They said come by the bank and get some money from my account. In my opinion this is the crappiest credit union out there. But the app is a disaster to use and strangely difficult to find information or to navigate around. We are in the digital age and people prefer to do what they can on the mobile app to avoid calling or going into a location. Invest in your members. You have to rely on them too much for simple things. You can’t find your account number online or in the app. You have to call them to set up direct deposit. When you swipe your debit card it should automatically deduct the money, but it doesn’t. The employees have even stated the app is “not always accurate”.
