There are no descriptions on the food. Example: eggs Benedict, is there meat? I don’t know. Also, I couldn’t add more than 1 order of the waffles to my cart ### 1/5 — Error *2021-12-15* Not working! **Developer response:** Please try again the App ### 1/5 — It shouldn’t be this hard to order groceries *2021-12-06* I love my neighbor HM. But the mobile app leaves much much much to be desired. It took me five minutes to select one item, a total of 23 minutes to complete my order, and when I entered my card info, the process is (yes I wrote “is”) taking forever. I would have purchased more, but the app takes FOREVER. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work; keeps asking for rating *2021-10-19* Open the app and it asks for a review/rating from my last order. Won’t let me get past this point. Deleted app, reinstalled, same behavior. Have seen this same behavior on 3 separate devices now. Harvest Trolley App is useless at this point. Attempted to create a profile again and it said it exists but nothing more. Unable to select any option on app in order to shop. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Needs work ASAP *2021-05-03* In theory this app is a great idea but it’s so glitchy and slow that you can’t actually do anything on it. I tried all the usual remedies to this kind of thing but it’s like the app wasn’t really finished before they launched it. Signed out then tried to sign back in but it won’t recognize credentials. Tried to delete and sign up again but can’t because it recognizes the credentials.... go figure. Great app on theory but needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — Won’t even work *2020-08-24* Keep trying make an order and tax field has NaN in it. This creates an error for totaling the order. This means you can’t make an order and pay for it.
