It almost seems like a prototype app that’s how horrible it is. I miss out on coupons as well when I can’t use my app. ### 1/5 — App crashes & won’t let me login. *2021-12-20* This app keeps crashing. Once I get it to open, I cannot login to the Harvey’s app. It keeps telling me I am have problems with my account and to call some number. I have no problem login in to my account on the web. What is the problem with your app? It has been giving me trouble for weeks now. I cannot use it and would like to. I tried to use the contact us on the web. Keep getting a message telling me something went wrong, try again later. Frustrated! Please advise. Thanks. ### 1/5 — There was an error. Tried with a Harvey’s manager standing with me and still nothing. Have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nothing. I can’t see the weekly specials or coupons. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again, and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions? **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for reporting this. This app is so Bo Bo and behind, it’s 2020 and you can’t even shop from this app it’s just a app that has coupons and sales ad that’s it. It’s a waste of time to download it just look at your flyer in the mail, online or in store. Get with the times Harvey’s. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your review. Everything works very slow. It would be nice to have prices on the items when you search for them to add to the grocery list. Text overlaps other text and images. I’ve have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over the months but it never helps. I can’t see if my points multiplier is active or not. I can’t find a tech support line phone number either, just a regular call center that was no help at all. Help!!! ### 1/5 — App is messed up and won’t work! *2024-12-01* I’ve tried over and over to get someone to help me get this app fixed to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged in both with support from Harvey’s over the phone and nothing works. It is not working. I hope I can send a pic with this review to show what it looks like. I miss my app! Well I can’t send a photo. I wish I could. Someone from support please contact me! ### 1/5 — Can’t Even Sign Up *2024-09-12, version 7.4.0* Both this app and the website simply won’t let me sign up/create an account. The first thing I need to do is verify my email, but no matter how many times I try, I never get a verification code sent to my email address. Totally useless. *2023-04-07* When you click “shop online”, it takes you to a Winn Dixie website. The closest Winn Dixie is over 2 hours away. I end up saving so much between the weekly ad and digital coupons. But, my favorite part of this app is how I can see all my points and Mystery Bonuses in one place. I was horrible at remembering my receipts every time I got a Mystery Bonus, but now they’re all in the app! I love seeing my points go up after every shop, knowing I can get free groceries with all those points. ### 5/5 — I love it! *2020-07-01, version 4.1.4* This app really helps me with my shopping trips, and I love that my points equal real money I can save on groceries! While it tells you you’ve “added to list,” it not the shopping list, it’s the deals list. The deals list doesn’t correlate to the store layout so it leaves a lot to be desired.
