HasaDone Partner is the app for Hasaki's service technicians and partners — where you pick up jobs, carry them out, and close them on site. PICK UP JOBS • Browse open jobs near you, filtered by province, area or radius • Take a whole order or only the services you can handle; multi-unit jobs can be taken partially • Receive dispatched jobs in real time with push notifications for new work • Switch yourself online or offline whenever you are ready to work A GUIDED WORKFLOW • Start travelling and check in at the customer's address • Identify the device by scanning its QR tag, picking from the customer's registered units, or entering it manually • Capture on-site photos before you start and after you finish • Run the survey checklist and attach photos to individual questions • Create a quote for additional work and wait for the customer's approval in the app • Work through each step with photo and video evidence • Complete and check out to close the job TOOLS BUILT FOR TECHNICIANS • Invite a helper to join the job by technician code or QR scan • Hand a job back when you cannot continue, so dispatch can reassign it • Work photos are stamped with time and GPS coordinates for transparency • Photos taken with no signal are queued and uploaded automatically once you are back online • Your profile: skills, experience, certificates, identity documents and personal QR code • Link your account to a company to receive its internal jobs • Work schedule and customer ratings ABOUT ACCOUNTS This app is for technicians and partners under contract with Hasaki. NO MORE WAITING FOR UPLOADS Take a photo and keep working — the app sends it in the background. Lose signal halfway, or close the app, and the file stays on your phone and resumes on its own once you are back online. Settings > App storage now gathers every file that failed to send in one place, showing which order and which step it belongs to, so you can retry or discard it. Long videos upload faster and more reliably. ACCEPTANCE FORMS A new Acceptance section in your Account: see the orders waiting for acceptance, search by order number, and fill in the form inside the app. Your answers are saved as you go, and once submitted the form stays available to review any time. WORK SCHEDULE See your real appointments for Today, or the next 30, 60 or 90 days, grouped by day. Tap any line to open the order. EASIER TEAMWORK Split the work with a helper right inside the Assign teammates sheet, and invite another technician without leaving it. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS • Pull to refresh on the Work screen. • Site photos are split clearly into before and after, and opening one only browses that section. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-26 No release notes. ## More apps by HASAKI VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY - [Hasaki.vn](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasakivn/id1173985273) - [HasakiWork](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasakiwork/id1504183635) - [Hasaki Now IT](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasaki-now-it/id1645507089) - [Hasaki WMS](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasaki-wms/id6450106836) - [Hasaki Chat](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasaki-chat/id6475158349) - [Hasaki Authenticator](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hasaki-authenticator/id6761905702) All apps by HASAKI VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY: https://appshunter.io/developer/1173985272 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
