Telefonische Anfrage bei Hase in Trier werden abgewimmelt und an den Fachhändler verwiesen. Keinerlei technischer Support für einen solchen Ofen „Made in Germany“. Nicht Kaufen! ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar *2025-09-08, version 1.1.75* Lässt sich nicht mit WLAN verbinden. Fachhändler ratlos, Hersteller fühlt sich nicht zuständig und verweist an Fachhändler. Wer programmiert eigentlich solch einen Schrott und klaut einem sinnlos Zeit? ### 1/5 — WLAN ??? *2025-08-18, version 1.1.75* Wozu dient die WLAN-Funktion meines Silas-Ofens, wenn nicht mit iQ-App kompatibel? ### 1/5 — Nicht mehr kompatibel nach 1 Saison Nutzung *2025-03-18, version 1.0.56* So ist das nicht in Ordnung. Einem so hochpreisigen Gerät ohne Ankündigung eine extra beworbene Funktion zu streichen - dabei wäre es möglich, das alte Protokoll weiter zu benutzen. Öffnet wenigstens die Schnittstelle wenn ihr eure Arbeit nicht machen wollt. ### 4/5 — Schöne App mit guter Funktionalität *2025-03-13, version 1.0.56* Ursprüngliche Rezension mit 2 Sternen: Die anfängliche Verbindung mit dem Einrichtungs-WLAN des Ofens funktioniert, aber die Verbindung zu meinem Wlan schlägt fehl. Neues Modell Patna iQ nach Nov. 24. Hase bietet leider keinen Support, verweist nur an Fachhändler. Update, nun 4 Sterne: Anleitung zum Bugfix vom Hase Entwicklerteam erhalten, damit ließ sich der Ofen mit der App verbknüpfen. Keine 5 Sterne, weil Support erst als Reaktion auf die Rezension erfolgte. ### 5/5 — App nicht nutzbar *2025-02-20, version 1.0.54* Edit: Ich habe mein Bewertung auf 5 Sterne aktualisiert. Nach den anfänglichen Problemen lässt sich die App nach dem Update schnell und zuverlässig mit dem Patna verbinden. Lediglich die Push-Up-Meldungen zum Nachlegen kommen manchmal noch verspätet. Aber ich denke das wird auch noch. Als erstes bekomme ich im Einrichtungsmodus angezeigt „Verbindung erfolgreich! - Ihr Ofen ist mit der HASE Cloud und der App verbunden!“. Im Nächsten Schritt, Einrichtung abschließen, kommen 2Pop-Up-Meldungen. Als 1. Meldung: „Fehler aufgetreten - [cloud_firestore/permission-denied] The caller does not have permission to execute the specified operation. Als 2. Meldung: „Code ungültig“ - Weiter Hier ist man nun wieder im Abschließen-Fenster von dem es nicht weiter geht! Man kann zwar einen Namen eingeben, mit dem der Ofen in der App angezeigt werden soll und auswählen ob Hase Zugriff auf Protokolle haben kann, aber mit einem Klick auf „Fertig“ geht es nicht mehr weiter. Die App bleibt in diesem Punkt. Sehr enttäuschend! ### 1/5 — Nur für Kaminöfen mit Lieferdatum ab Nov 2024??? *2024-11-20, version 1.0.28* Die bisherige App „flamemonitor“ ist so was von rudimentär und seit Jahren von Hase nicht gepflegt und optimiert worden. Ich hatte mich schon darüber gefreut, dass es nun eine neue App gibt, in dieser endlich die einfachsten Funktionen berücksichtigt sind, die Kunden seit Jahren vermisst und adressiert hatten. Nun bekomme ich bei der Installation die ernüchternde Mitteilung, dass die App nur mit Kaminöfen ab Lieferdatum November 2024 kompatibel ist…Euer Ernst??? Welche Lösungen bietet ihr Kunden mit „älteren“ Kaminöfen an. Wohlgemerkt gehört mein Hase Patna „IQ“ zu den neuesten Modellen und hat mich über 8K € gekostet! Kundenorientierung ist für Hase scheinbar ein Fremdwort. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von einem vermeintlichen „Premium“ Ofenhersteller. ### 1/5 — Merkwürdiger Hersteller hochpreisiger Kaminöfen *2024-11-18, version 1.0.27* Die App lässt sich nur mir Öfen ab Nov 2024 nutzen. Unser Ofen (aufgestellt Mitte 23) gehört nicht dazu. Die alte App bietet nur einfachste Funktionen (keine Push-Nachrichten). Das ist ein ganz schwaches Bild für einen Hersteller (nicht nur Anbieter) aus Deutschland. ### 1/5 — Nicht kompatibel *2024-11-13, version 1.0.26* Na toll Ein Silas IQ im März 2023 gekauft und im Juli 2023 geliefert wird mit dieser App nicht unterstützt. Die alte App (flamemonitor) ist vollkommen unbrauchbar ohne eine Push Benachrichtigung. Warum werden die noch nicht so alten Öfen nicht unterstützt?
