## What is Hashnote?

Text yourself your thoughts, then see them all by #tag.

Notes you text to yourself quickly scroll out of sight and are hard to find again. Hashnote gathers notes with the same #tag and lays them all out on one screen, so even a note from three months ago is a tap away.

■ Grouped by topic, at a glance (Tag Map)
· #travel, #recipes, #todo… see which notes gather under each tag, all on one screen.
· Tap a note to preview it, then jump straight to it in the chat.
· Tap a tag to see only the notes with that tag.

■ Write like a chat
· The keyboard is up the moment you open the app. Type, send, done.
· Date dividers and timestamps show when you wrote each note.
· Links in your notes are tappable.
· Select several notes and delete them at once.

■ Just add a #tag
· Write #work or #idea anywhere in a note and it becomes a tag.
· Type # and your tags appear as chips you can pick with one tap.
· Rename a tag and every note updates with it; merge similar tags into one.

■ Or search by word
· Search by words or #tag, with matches highlighted.
· Tap a result to jump to that spot in the chat.

■ Speak your notes
· Tap the mic and talk; Hashnote writes it down for you.
· Say "tag work" and it becomes #work.
· Dictation runs on your iPhone, so your voice never leaves the device.

■ Notes just for you
· Your notes are stored only on this iPhone. No account, no sign-in.
· Pick one of eight accent colors for your tags and buttons.

Great for you if
· you've been texting notes to yourself in a messenger
· you can never find the note you wrote last month
· note apps feel too heavy, so you stop using them
· you want ideas, to-dos, links and journal entries in one place
