When I sought a refund from Apple, they refused, so I did a chargeback, which temporarily locked my Apple account from updates, while claiming no responsibility for malfunctioning apps. Customer support was looking into it, I sent a video and it’s 2 weeks now they no longer answer my inquiries or get back to me that the glitch will be fixed. THE APP DOES NOT COME CHEAP.
