Once they charged me for a month, the app completely locked me out of the pro version. There’s no support tab in the app, and I just found a web version that’s free that is identical to this app’s layout. Do not waste your money! **Developer response:** Please accept our apologies. The issue has been resolved in the latest version of the application. I was so happy with the results I signed up for the monthly membership. However when I logged in the next day when I tried to use the membership feature I received a message saying I need to sign up for a membership to unlock, even though I was already signed up. I could not get past this screen. I tried contacting live chat support but they were not online at 1pm EST. I ended up deleting the app. I will have 2 days left on my free trial. If I have not heard from support I will be cancelling a membership for an app I was really happy with. ### 1/5 — Was thinking about subscribing but not now *2021-12-10* So I found this on a YouTube page that I follow. It was working rather well at first so I got the free trial to premium with hopes of subscribing. Day two of trial and the app is not working. Says something went wrong. Glad I was able to cancel before paying money for the premium version. I will be finding another app. **Developer response:** please accept our apologies. Also the hashtags aren’t even that good, not quality enough to pay for. ### 2/5 — Has Potential *2022-09-14* Day 1 of the 3-day free trial I was impressed. Now it’s day 2 and the app is telling me I need to subscribe to unlock all access. Final thoughts: free trial is useless and $14.49 per month is a rip off. The price seems right if it was charged per year, but is crazy for a monthly charge. Unfortunately the app is crippled unless you subscribe so no one will use it. But, every time I try to see more hashtags, it tells me to subscribe. Which, I already have.
