I was quoted an amount on the app between £18.70 & £25 then when the journey was completed was charged for a much higher amount. I selected pay by cash as well thinking I would be helping the driver out and get the cheaper end of the fare, but alas, I was just ripped off. Wish I had booked an Uber which was cheaper. I feel like they under quote so they can get the business and then when the journey is completed and they’re outside your home fleece you, as they know you won’t argue as they now know where you live. TLDR; book an uber as the price they quote is actually what they will charge.

Every time you try to click on the sign me up it claims to sent you a code when you put your number on but it doesn’t. Waste of time trying!

Apps a shambles. Try to register an account and when I type my mobile number in it says it’s sent me a code but it hasn’t.

I used to adore and use this app on the daily basis, but it was gone for some time from the app store. Recognised only today that it’s back, but I cannot access my account: sign up via email does not work properly, always pops up that ‘the number is already in use’. Don’t really know what to do…
