Downloaded app because the website always freezes and I can never complete order. The app also didn’t let me complete order. Never using this company again. ### 1/5 — Fake pre-order *2026-07-17, version 7.7* App exclusive hats get released and the app lags so bad you don’t even get a chance to purchase. And then when they offer pre-order options for the highly sought after skull chief, everytime I do an order it gets cancelled by hat club right away before I even get my order confirmation email. I get a notification from the app saying the pre-order is almost over and I go to try to place another order and it gets cancelled for unknown reasons, I’ve tried it with debit cards and credit cards and proof checked my address and names for billing. It’s a joke. Hat club is back dooring hats that collectors want to get their hands on. Downloaded app for a specific “app exclusive” only for it to be sold out in literally 20 seconds. Missed couple hats for the app being so slow something that wasn’t a thing back in the day. After the “quick add” feature the app changed.
