My main issue is that it seems to drain my battery life very quickly on my iPhone. I also have very little luck with rune stones so I have decided to wait until I have a 100% one to use them. After a month of playing, I don’t have any of the special dragons like zodiac or whisker. ### 4/5 — Add me *2026-09-08* Login every day- HSBLMR ### 4/5 — Events are impossible *2026-09-07* I love this game, I’ve been on it multiple times a day almost since it came out. It’s very relaxing and I love the art and collecting dragons. However, I have never once, even when I put in as much effort as I can, gotten the decoration (final prize) from the events. I’m on every two hours and watch as many ads as I can, but with work and personal commitments I can’t always be on at exactly the perfect time. Even after they extended event lengths I still haven’t achieved this. For someone who is consistently on this game, it feels like an unfair expectation for achieving this final prize. Any other game, you log on 2-3 times in a day and you achieve the events. With this game, 6+ times isn’t enough. Very disappointing every time. I’ve even spent gems and still haven’t achieved this. Als drachenfanatikerin ist es ein Spiel, das mich im Moment echt gut hält! Es ist nichts krasses aber irgendwie hat’s mich doch gefesselt. Das einzige was ich ändern würde: ich würde die Preise um den Wald zu lichten nicht so krass erhöhen bei jedem Mal das ich etwas lichten will. Ein Anfang wäre evtl, wenn man 5 mal den selben Preis zahlt, bis die Stelle gelichtet ist und dann erst den Preis leicht erhöht, wenn man eine neue Stelle lichten will. Da find ich den Goldpreis dann doch etwas too much, deswegen ein Stern Abzug ^~~^ ### 4/5 — Great game *2026-09-05* I rated it 4 stars because it won’t let me play anymore and just kicks me out but other than that it was a good game ### 3/5 — Pay to win *2026-09-05* The events either need to be longer or there needs to be less points required between rewards because even if I wake up through the night to catch fish or take things off the grill, I can NEVER finish the full event. It just seems like a money grab to me- to make the events so you can only complete them if you pay for the boosters. To add on, I just wanted to say that, it would be creative if you did dragons based on Dutch Bros or Starbucks holiday drinks. I know it sounds odd, but I have a vision of having a whole collection of mini dragon themed Starbucks/Dutch drinks. Those companies always have creative different drinks for every holiday and cool rotations. It would give the Runaway company a leverage in a way because they don’t have to worry about having too many licensing fees with different brands since those companies always have something new on the menu to reference a dragon on. The art is pretty, the dragons are interesting, and the ambiance is like no other. However I do have some suggestions. Everything about this game is fantastic, except for the fruit trees. The upgrades are good for a quick feast but not for anything that cost gold, and besides that the fruit cost more to make with gold but provides less if you were to simply do the free one over and over. I think the fruit tree harvest should reward more fruit for the time and gold sink you put in, and the upgrades should be multiplicative instead of additive. Making it more worth it for big harvest and less for the free harvest. Thus making me actually want to use the big harvest. I understand it needs to make money in some way but I don't think the fruit system is really helping them out in this way. If it was worth more, I'd watch an ad or use gems to speed up bigger more bountiful harvest, thus helping the econ of the game. Maybe the issues people have is too much? Or they just don't care? Idk but they haven't said anything. Some rebalancing would be really nice. Making things tedious for the sake of it is not going to make me buy real money items, quite the opposite. I'd be willing to pay for the app just as a standard fee to play the game if it meant the monetezation and imbalance would be corrected/lessened. It's very cute, and fun, but it's kinda grating getting into mid game and it becomes more apparent that the game is very very predatory money wise. Ohh look an event is happing, want to speed the timers watch an add. You just got pray that the add actually works and if it doesn’t it break half way through and you don’t get anything and have to start the process again. I honestly really like this game. It’s quite perfect in just about all regards. It has no ads unless you want to use them to get extra gems and coins, which is amazing and makes it more enjoyable to play. I also like the simplicity of it and the way it doesn’t demand attention. Other games tend to get me distracted from life, but I like the way I can just check on my dragons in this one. In addition, it works offline and I was able to play it on a long car ride which was nice! And of course the dragons are gorgeous and adorable too. I hope to spend some money on this game to support the devs in the future. Only a few suggestions: 1. Like other reviews have noted, the gold scaling is odd and makes lower level dragons generate more gold if you are on the game lots and 2. I had a dragon go missing. I finished an event with all five of the rare dragon needed to level it up and one or two of the epic, but I then wasn’t able to level the rare up all the way because one of them vanished? I thought this was my mistake and that I accidentally deleted it until I saw another review mention this. Please check on this bug! 3.Also for deleting a dragon, please make a way to undo at least for a day, or a way to see what you deleted/double check before you delete 4. It’s sometimes annoying when I can’t see all my dragons. Being able to zoom out far enough to see the forest would be awesome! 5. The events should be possible to complete without spending money. Hard but possible. At the moment they are too short/too hard to be possible to finish. Please add a day on or so?
