The app says the completed hatches are now moved to “archive” and can be viewed anytime but there’s nowhere in the app that says how to view the “archive”. I liked the app until everything disappeared. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the scare — your completed hatches were never lost, they were just hard to find. In the last update we added an archive for completed hatches, but we forgot to give it a proper way to open it — that was our mistake, and we understand why it felt like your data had vanished. We've now fixed this: look for the archive box icon in the top bar of the app (next to the star icon) — tapping it opens a dedicated Archive screen with all your completed hatches (name, dates, hatch rate). This update should be rolling out shortly. If you update the app and still don't see your hatches there, please write back and we'll look into it specifically for your account. Best regards, Support Team ### 1/5 — List disappeared *2025-03-25* All my list just disappeared and now I have no idea when stuff is going to hatch!!! **Developer response:** Dear Alexis Robinson, Our program has over 2,000 users and has been running for a year and a half. Perhaps you have inadvertently deleted incubations or there is a problem with the phone system. We would be grateful if you could provide more information. ### 2/5 — Lots of ads *2024-10-29* I like the concept of an incubator app but its got a ton of ads and not too much info on the incubating process. ### 3/5 — Perfect *2026-04-26* Use for my tortoise eggs. Perfect to keep track of what day my different clutches are at. April 2026 - not sure why you changed the display. I miss the circle that used to visualize how far along the hatch was. It’s simple, easy to use, and does what it’s supposed to. The timer is accurate, and it’s been really handy for keeping track of things. It’s excellent. But there are ads when adding or exiting a list so not very invasive.Honestly I’d pay a little bit to remove ads.
