If I could rate the app a zero I would. I have messaged using the contact and still no help. Finally having to contact my bank.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion. As we've previously explained, our app does NOT have any subscription model - we have never charged subscription fees and cannot process subscription payments.
This appears to be a case of mistaken identity or confusion with another app. Please check:

Your App Store purchase history to confirm which app charged you

Your bank/card statements for the exact merchant name

Your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions for active subscriptions


We have no billing system in place and no ability to charge users. If you're seeing charges, they are definitely not from our app.
We recommend contacting Apple Support directly if you believe there's been an unauthorized charge, as they can provide detailed transaction information and assist with refunds if needed.

Greatly helps keep track of hatches, but my app is currently bugged and won’t allow me to enter input for candling, lockdown etc..

As a reptile breeder, this keeps track of my hatches in my hand instead of trying to keep things straight in my head. Worth it.
