Starts to open but almost instantly closes. Simply won’t dial. Deleted and reinstalled but no help. All other iphone phone apps work. However, as a Hatzalah Dispatcher, it is very frustrating when the phone rings with "wrong numbers" and "accidental speed dials" especially during real emergencies. Please add a 2nd tier before calling Hatzalah.
