## What is Hau. Dog Health Tracker?

Hau keeps your dog’s health and care in one place.

See at a glance what’s on track and what needs your attention: from vaccines, medications, and parasite protection to walks, meals, and training. Add your own reminders and make Hau fit the way you care for your dog.

Share your dog’s profile with everyone who helps care for them. Your partner, family, flatmates, or petsitter sees the same profile through iCloud, and every entry shows who added it.

Getting started takes just a few minutes. Hau creates a personalized care plan based on your dog, and you can adjust every part of it.

### 4/5 — Great start

*2026-10-15*

I cant wait to see how this app improves as it ages. I love the set up and think it has great bones to become a very helpful app (would love if it included cats as well or if they made a separate app for cats).

### 4/5 — Good start

*2026-10-04*

This is a good start but has a ways to go. I see the foundation and it feels like they started with the 80% use case. I particularly love the feature that provides a care giver sheet. But there are improvements like better vaccine durations, using on-device AI to parse health records, etc. I think if it’s properly supported, this will be worth the price. If it’s abandoned because not enough people use it I’ll be very sad.

### 1/5 — No >1 yearly options for vaccination schedule?

*2026-10-02*

Rabies vaccine is sometimes given on a per-3 years basis.

The app is also a bit buggy right now.

Dear dog owners,

This update makes Hau fit iPhone Duo properly. Whether it's folded or open, your dogs' schedules, records and guides now use the full screen and don't stretch or get cut off.

You can now set a medication for more than once a day, like Apoquel in the morning and evening. Each dose gets its own reminder and its own check-off.

There are also five new app icons: Boxer, Chihuahua, Poodle, Spaniel and Spitz. You can pick the one that looks most like your dog in Settings.

Thanks for the feedback, keep it coming.

Best,
M.
